Why a Rabbit ?
There happened to be a toy rabbit on the desk the day we decided to do this new productWe wanted to show that this was not only about functions but also emotions, an anthropomorphic form helpedRabbits have ears which are simple to moveRabbits dont have a voice, so we could add oneRabbits dont have any known psychologyRabbits multiplyRabbits are sooooo cute
Rabbits are Trojan Horses (in Monty Python anyway)
Rabbits are rather stupid and so is the device
This was the reverse travel of Alice in Wonderland
-
The Rabbit Statement
Not making just a device but creating a symbol of the Internet of Things: everything is now possible no matter how extreme or absurd If you can even connect Rabbits, than you can connect anything
Breaking all the known codes of technologybecause technology is no more a separate field
out of nowhere slightly unpronounceable nameinconvenient version namingweird shapecharacter v/s device, change technology esthetics code
