Corrugated steel pre-cast structures are cost-effective, environmentally-friendly constructions with long service life. They can be installed all year round. They are commonly used as culverts when building roads and railways. Other applications are drainage, storm and waste water pipes, cable protection, ventilation conducts and water retaining tanks.

CTC Kazakhstan LLP was established in 2015. The plant occupies the area of at leas 30000 sq m. The Company’s headcount is 58 employees. Its output exceeds 40,000 tones per year.

Advantages of pre-cast Helical Corrugated Metal Pipes and Structures:• Corrugated sheets are more rigid and strong in comparison with those without corrugation waves• Metal shell represented by corrugated sheets interacts with soil which bears some part of the load (compressive strain)• Corrugated steel structures (vs concrete pipes) are more cost-effective, they allow to save up to 25% of the project costs• Reduced costs incurred when delivering corrugated structures to the site (these are delivered disassembled and there is no need to organise its storage at the site)• Corrugated structures are earthquake-resistant

Helical corrugated pipesThe pipes are made of galvanized steel and are commonly used as culverts when building roads and railways. Other applications are drainage, storm and waste water pipes, cable protection, ventilation conducts and water retaining tanks. Advantages:• Cost effective solutions, can be installed all year round.• Convenient installation without large equipment. • Can be used in cold northern regions with the problem of destruction of the bridge concrete structuresIt will not crack under impact loads or vibrations due to the inherent strength of steel and the flexibility of the corrugated pipe section. The high ring compression of the pipe absorbs and transfers the load to the surrounding soil around the entire circumference. The beam strength maintains the grade and line of the structure by bridging inequalities of the trench bottom and side fill.

Metal cylinder, cone or round faceted and hollow lighting poles designed to mount lighting sets, cables, municipal electric transport power lines and advertising panels or other structures.

Advantages of poles produced by CTC Kazakhstan: Easy assembly and disassembly. Light weight allows the poles to be installed using low-duty hoisters. Any replacement of a damaged pole with a flange coupling can be done without foundation dismantling efforts. Design integrity. Lattice pylon A lattice tower is a framework construction made of steel angle-profiled L- or T-beams by welding and connecting technique. Lattice towers are used for the purpose of supporting and conveying electric power transmission lines of all voltages (from 35 up to 1150 kV), and are the most common type for high-voltage transmission lines. Also the term refers to the towers used in the transmission of electromagnetic signals for telecommunications, such as cell phone towers. A lattice tower is usually assembled at the location where it is to be erected. This makes very tall towers possible (up to 100 m and even higher).

CTC Kazakhstan produces retaining and limiting pedestrian barriers that are the main types thereof.Retaining barriers prevent pedestrians from falling from bridges or road beds where a considerable elevation difference exists.

Based on the installation specifications retaining pedestrian barriers can be classified as follows:• Road barriers installed on the brink of the road side• Bridge barriers installed on the brink of sidewalks with a retaining capacity of at least 1,27 kJLimiting pedestrian barriers regulate pedestrian traffic and prevent any walking within the carriageway where it is strictly prohibited, thus helping it to avoid any accident.

Depending on the installation specifications these barriers can be classified as follows:• Installed along the sidewalks or side traffic strips• Installed near either overground or underground pedestrian crossings• Installed on the lawns and other dedicated areas and preventing any crossing thereof by pedestrians• Installed near flyover or information road sign poles and preventing any crossing of a dangerous area by pedestrians.
