A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2010-12-0039 OF THIS SANGGUNIAN, "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THESUM OF THREE HUNDRED NINE MaLION THIRTY SEVENTHOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY AND 28/100(P309,037~840.28) PESOS FOR THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCEAND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENTOF TANGUB FOR CALENDAR YEAR -2011 AND FOR THE OTHERPURPOSES" .WHEREAS . after a thorough perusal and careful deliberation, this augustbody believes that the allocation of funds to all concerned offices,departments. programs and projects are equitable for the sustainableoperation of the City Government of Tangub;WHEREAS, the sound and equitable allocation of the Fiscal Year 2011local expenditures program is geared towards and effective and efficientdelivery of the basic services for th e economic and so cial upli ftment of itsconstituents;NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon.
