Purpose

The company has set forward CSR objectives which are in line with its promise “Caring Sharing Growing ”
To bring more focus, objectives have been grouped into three parts Strategic, External and Internal.
Strategic: The strategic objectives are designed to establish best practices in the field of CSR and chartering a new path for others to follow.
External: The external objectives are aimed towards a proactive engagement with the external stakeholders to get their support for the CSR activities and drive a vision, based on legitimate expectations of the stakeholders and creating a Social Goodwill for the organization
Internal: The internal objectives are directed towards seeking an active participation of internal stakeholder, namely employees, investors and supply chain members, etc.

• Project Samridhi has been started in 2013 to support local
youth with financial support to start micro enterprise or

• Kamlesh Devi, one of the women entrepreneurs who started
her own tailoring unit and contribution additional income of
Rs6000
• and the first woman to approach JBF for help says, “This
sewing machine is a small step towards increasing my family
livelihood. I shall train more girls and women in sewing and
help them increase their livelihood through JBFs support!”
She has also engaged her son in the business as well.
Empowering the Swasthya Praharis through Social Entrepreneurship.
• 15 Swasthya Praharis have been provided with some products that
they can sell from their homes like
• sanitary napkins, baby products, protein supplements, first
aid etc. along with these items they have also been provided
with display cases to display their products at home.
• This has been done to make the Swasthya Praharis more self-
reliant and develop entrepreneurial skills in them.
• Ms Ruby Rani, Swathya Prahari of village Tigariya Khadar started
her shop in Aug 2015 and is now earning Approx. Rs5000 per
month.
• She has added other beauty products and artificial jewellery.
• She is having plan now to add undergarments for Women and Girls
into her product portfolio”.
