June meeting.
We will have our regular June get together on June 12 at the Sno-Shaker’s building in Canterbury. We will gather around 10:30 AM to socialize and have a short business meeting.
Business meeting agenda: 1. Officers for coming year. 2. Proposed meeting day and time changes. 3. Club show in August.
4. Purchase of trailer to store our equipment & other donated items for club members use.
It is important to have members attend so decisions can be made on
these items so please attend the meeting.
We will have a cookout at noon with the club providing hamburgers, chicken, plates, utensils etc. Club members should bring a salad, dessert, as in the past. We need to have a count on members who will attend so we know how much food to buy so please email Steffen at [email protected] to give him a count on who will attend. After lunch the auction will begin. Auction items will be available for viewing from 10:30 until the start of the auction. It will be fantastic to see everyone in person rather than on a computer screen.
See you there!
