During one show we produce about 100 000 litres of gas!

Original treats and drinks with liquid nitrogen

The first ever recipe for a liquid nitrogen cocktail was mentioned as long ago as 1890 in the recipe book titled Fancy Ices authored by Mrs. Agnes Marshall. Since that time the recipe hasn’t seen much change, and we have just improved the technology as well as offer nitrogen popcorn for dessert.

Just a dash of liquid nitrogen added to a drink will save waiters the bother of freezing ice cubes in advance, while clouds of vapour will create the air of mys-tery.

Just in front of your eyes we will break and restore the subjects, frozen in nitrogen, sprinkle liquid nitrogen over the audience, create a nitrogen cloud and many more. This activity will be interesting for both women and men.
