Crush and Harpo Double Finger Jeopardy!

Double the fun today with not one but two finger problems!

First we have "Crush" who decided to test the limits of his pain tolerance by smashing his finger on a door. While the X-ray was normal, he does have a subungual hematoma that needs to be relieved. What is mechanical anesthesia?

Next we have "Harpo" who somehow developed a fingernail cuticle infection, also known as a paronychia. We treat this surgically with a quick flick of the scalpel and some antibiotics.
