“God Makes Every Grace Abundant”Your gift to the 2019 Bishop’s Annual Appeal is vital to the success of this diocesan wide campaign. Thank you to all those families that have made a gift or pledge. We are off to a good start, with pledges totaling $28,524.21, towards our parish goal of $38,479.21. We can accomplish this if, after prayerful consideration, each family could give $150.00. If that is beyond your capabilities, please give what you can. Any amount raised over our goal will be returned to our parish to be used for our particular needs. If you have not yet made your gift to this year’s appeal, please consider doing so in the days ahead. Your gift will help to continue the vital work of the various ministries and services that reach so many in need. Please pray for the success of the Appeal and remember no amount of giving is too small.
Adult Faith Formation will not have their May meeting today. They will plan to have their June meeting on the 4th Sunday at 12:15 p.m.
WOMEN OF ASCENSION will have their last meeting of this year on Tuesday, May 28th at 6:30 p.m. This is our potluck meeting. We invite you to join us. Bring your favorite dish.
The Longing for the Holy Series is now going to be held on Tuesday evenings, beginning at 7:00 p.m., to alleviate conflicts with other events happening at the parish.
Congratulations to all of our high school and college graduates. We will be recognizing all of our graduates at each of the Masses on the weekend of June 1/2. If you have a graduating Senior, please notify Kathy at 740-967-7871 or at [email protected]. Please include their name and school. All names will be listed in the bulletin and you will need to go to the Sacristy to inform us when you arrive at Mass if you wish to be recognized during that Mass.
