• MRTE is the “Mutual Research Transcript Exchange” – a SQL server database with de-identified unit record information for all public institutions of higher education in Washington State.
• The source of MRTE’s records are the SBCTC data warehouse for the public 2-yr information and PCHEES for the university records

• Create the MRTE database through probability matching and collaboration with ERDC
• Set up user interface via the VPN connection
