Hello,mydear knitting yarn! Let’smakea fantastic elephant calledTubul.He is a very young
elephant,andheiscarryingjustasmallpieceofanewDiscworldonhisback.However,wecanalreadyseeatoweroftheUnseenUniversity,anarrowcrookedbrookofthefutureAnkRivergoingdowntheUniverseinthewaterfall.
The elephant is made based on Terry Pratchett’s Discworld fantasy novels. Discworld is theUniverse,describedinPratchett’snovelsandit isadiscplanet, locatedonthebacksoffourelephantsfloatingthroughthespaceonthebackofGreatA’Tuin,agiantturtle.

YOUWILLNEEDElephant
-Body:anysmoothyarn,preferablynotverystretchy.IusePehorkaCamelHair(65%camelwool,35%acrylic;600m/100g)twostrandstogether.Ifyouchooseotheryarn,lookforSportorDKyarn(300m/100g).Youwillneed2skeins.
-Tusks:anycotton laceyarn. IuseVitaPelican (100%mercerizedcotton,330m/50g)–3993Ivory.Youcanmaketuskswithpolymerclay.
- Toenails: any smooth cottonormicrofiber lace yarn. I useAlizeDiva (100%microfiber, 350m/100g)–368Beige.

-Stuffingpolyester-Smallmetalgranules–itisnecessarytousegranulesforhindlegs!Youwillneedabout100g.- about 6m of 1.0-1.5mm copperwire. You can buy thiswire in a craft shop, but I suggest
buyinginanelectronicgoodsstore.Thereyoucanbuya3*1.5cord.Beforebuyingthecord,makesurethatthewireinsideitiswholeanddoesnotconsistofseveralthinwires.Withapaperknife,removetheinsulation.Thecableinsideconsistsofthreecopperwirecords,sohavingboughtjustameterofcordyouwillhavethreemetersofcopperwire.
