Early in 2014, Pavatex decided to standardize its sales processes and set up a supportive CRM system.

ec4u’s strategy and expert consulting services unit worked with Pavatex to develop a CRM strategy in concert with the corporate goals, and establish measures to achieve the CRM goals.

Simultaneously, our experts worked with the relevant departments to identify CRM processes and document TARGET processes, based on ec4u methods. ec4u derived the technical requirements from these TARGET processes, and worked with the project team and IT department to determine non-functional and common requirements.

ec4u actively assisted Pavatex to issue tenders for CRM software and evaluate the proposals. The Sales-force Sales Cloud® was the preferred choice.

ec4u also partnered with Pavatex to apply its Sales-force® consulting expertise for subsequent implemen-tation of the Salesforce Sales Cloud®.

ec4u assisted Pavatex with its CRM project, right from day oneec4u assumed overall responsibility for implemen-ting the Salesforce® system at Pavatex. This included adapting the system, design & review workshops with key users and management, data migration, interfaces to ERP, integration of MS Outlook, CTI, key user training, reports & dashboards, testing, setting up the Salesforce1 app on iPads and iPhones, and Salesforce Chatter™.
