ISO 22000:2005 quality system was sertified by Bureau Veritas in 2010

Cristella is the leading Estonian producer of fro-zen bakery and confectionery products with his-tory going back to year 1914.The fi rst line for production of frozen buns was installed in autumn 2004 and the sales of frozen bakery products to Estonian and foreign markets were launched. Following years saw renovation, building of additional production space, and in-stallation of new automatic lines for producing frozen pastries and cakes.Modern warehouse for storage of deep frozen products with capacity of 2500 pallet places was taken into operation in spring 2013.Brand new automatic sponge line has been in-stalled to production in summer 2013.

We are opened towards new ideas!Cristella is continuously improving production technologies and successfully implementing them. Our team has always had an open mind towards new ideas and uses them in production based on the current and future taste preferences of con-sumers. We develop all categories of products and improve existing recipes, constantly updating our product range. Today we produce over 200 diff erent products as under the brand «Cristella», as well as under the Private Labels. Our frozen bakery and confectionery products bring joy to tens thousands of people who love convenience and think novel fl avours are worth trying in addition to the traditional ones.

We care about the quality of our products!To ensure the success of business and high quality of products in year 2010 Cristella has established certifi ed food safety management system ac-cording to the requirements of the international standard IsO 22000:2005. Implemented HaCCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is continuously evaluated and improved.
