RECORD MAINTENANCE

A. Manual maintenance of Crime data (FIR to Court Disposal) received from all Police Stations in the following registers:

1. Offence wise classified FIR Index Register.2. Station wise classified FIR Index Register.3. Property Lost and Recovered Register.

B. Maintenance of database relating to Accused persons (arrest card) / Missing persons, Vehicles (Stolen / Accident) from the FIR indexes of CRB.

SERVICE WORK:

1. Issuance of NCC for persons / NOC for Vehicle called by SP(HQ) / Transport Department.

2. Preparation of periodical reports inclusive of daily comparative statement, weekly / fortnightly /monthly / quarterly /half yearly / annual reports to all concerned including NCRB for the preparation of Crime in India report.

ADDITIONAL WORKS:

1. Maintenance and Preparation of Pay Bills for Puducherry Region.

2. “Public Grievance Cell” to enquire on the petitions forwarded for report time to time.

3. Preparing of draft reply for Assembly / Parliamentary questions.

2.Taking Photograph / Video graph of the events of agitations, sensitive events, Police programmes as and when called via bandobust scheme or request from respective authority time to time.

SERVICE WORK:1.Submission of Photographs (+ / -) taken at SOC to the respective Police Stations for evidence.

2.Giving evidence before Hon’ble Court on the photograph taken at SOC etc., as per Court summons.

OTHER WORK:•Black and white photo’s printed at photo section.
