ABSTRACT

The Crime Prevention and Community Safety Project with Daily File

Reporting System includes almost all functionalities which are required

for police employees and services for the public that do not compromise

with the privacy of the person who is registering complain. This project

definition makes it more powerful and will provide more facilities to

police department. Large details can be managed with the system

effectively. Police employee can easily search different type of

information with this system and can get any detail of them whenever

required. This System keeps the track of all complains registered by the

public so the public is served well. The main objectives of the project

are to provide easy user-friendly administration for police department

and to manage sensitive data that are submitted by person as the part of

complain registration. This system is to provide daily file reporting auto

generate and that can be send to the head branch by a single click.

Visitors can give online complains. It provides special facility for

women to give online about her incident. It also provides domestic and

tenant registration facility to visitors. Visitor can see the status of their

complain and F.I.R.

PROBLEM SUMMARY

In the problem summary of crime in existing system, most of the

operations are done manually like send complaints, taking actions

against crimes, view status etc. So with the existing system if anybody

wants to complaint against crimes he must do it through the police. If

we are doing the system manually, so many minor errors will occur.

Error detection in the previous entries made and data cross verification

is another important function. These are done manually, and it would

take time. Currently all the daily file report is done manually by filling

the details on hard copy document and that document is scanned and

then after that scanned document is send to the branch office. So any

filtration or searching of particular thing is not possible in current

system. The current system also does not provide the facility of online

complain registration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM

The services provided to the users are view different type of online services

of crime and create their Complains and get quick help. The project serve

administrator to view the details of user, sub police department and visitors and

maintain their database manner. The system acts as information for User and

Admin. It acts as a bridge of communication between the police department, guest

and administration. The overall advantage of system is empowering by decreasing

the latency that arises while operating through the manual process. Generating the

required reports as per the requirements becomes much easier and information

availability at the hand. Feasibility study is an important phase in the software

development process. It enables the developer to have an assessment of the product

being developed. It refers to the feasibility study of the product in the terms of

outcomes of the product, operational use and technical supported required for

implementing it.

application is also security oriented and gets associated with in the

system, as the general structure of accessibility is fairly demandable. By

applying this, we can get much faster and accurate results from World

Wide Web as per the user requirements. By this system, People could

solve their problem by getting the best services from the website.

OTHER DESCRIPTION

In other description we are going to develop android

application. This android application will provide the facility of sending

message to the selected person when you are in danger and will send

your current location via message. This application can be download

from our web site free of cost by simply doing a registration process.
