PROJECT TITLE _______________________________ CREW'S HOLE ROAD _______________________________ PROJECT No. 1162 _______________________________ BY ETM _______________________________ DATE _______________________________ DESCRIPTION _______________________________ Structural Calculations _______________________________
Note on Calculations: All calculations, unless noted otherwise, have been undertaken in accordance with Eurocodes (Eurocode 5 Timber and Eurocode 3 Steel). To be consistent with the European standards commas are used for decimal places in lieu of the former British convention of the decimal point. For example 3,142 is used instead of 3.142. Many of the spreadsheets and design aids were put together using the former British convention of the decimal point. Until these are converted output from the calculations may use the decimal point.
