Will career started with world renowned Australian Yacht Builders ‘OCEANFAST’, as a fabrication engineer. Since

his transition to crew, he has cruised to a variety of destinations across the globe. These include the

Seychelles, Red Sea, Egypt, Israel, Mediterranean, Bahamas, Caribbean and Venezuela. His specific

knowledge of the Mediterranean is vast, having spent an extended amount of time in Croatia, Amalfi Coast, Corsica,

Sardinia, and the South of France.

small sailing boat, which he then sailed down the French and Spanish Coasts.

HEAD CHEF Jasper Weseman

Jasper grew up in Amsterdam with his parents who were both Chefs. From a young age Jasper went to work at his father’s restaurant. From there on he went to pre culinary training including, silver service and pastry and cooking

classes. After that he studied at Gildenvaart Chefs School in Utrecht for 5 years.

After working in restaurants up to 1 Michelin star he joined a 40m Sailing Yacht and loved the combination of traveling and cooking on the yachts ever since. His passion next to

cooking is skydiving, scuba diving and photography

A true German, Steffi grew up in Bavaria and enjoys the beer there too. Amongst all of her cooking courses and Diplomas, Steffi is on her way to getting her Master of Business Administrations Degree

at the end of this year.

Steffi speaks English, German, and French, and would like to gain more experience cooking food from South East Asia by traveling to

Vietnam and Cambodia. With her cooking experience and business knowledge, Steffi would like to open up her own

restaurant one day.

Lee is from South Africa and after graduating from her Property Development and Finance degree, decided it was

time to explore the world.

She has been working on yachts since 2009 and has a great love for the adventure that life at sea brings. Her loving and

down to earth nature lends to her being an empathetic leader and an asset to the team. Lee has completed many ski seasons and is passionate about snow and mountain

sports, travel and world geography.

Daniel was born in Hampshire, England. He studied and completed an NVQ 2 in nursing. After a career change into the fashion industry, Dan worked as a Brand Manager for fashion

houses Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Hugo Boss in the World’s luxury and famous department store, Harrods in London. Having also worked for the Royal family, Dan believes that by working in the yachting industry he can continue to provide the best quality

in service, housekeeping, and all guest interactions.

STEWARDESS Courtney Pienaar

South Africa

Courtney grew up in Johannesburg and was bitten by the travel bug whilst still in school. As soon as she graduated

she travelled around America, Asia, and Europe culminating in France where she interned for the Cannes

Film Festival. It was here that she discovered super yachts and quickly found a job in 2011 on 31m M/Y Synergy. She joined Titania in February 2014 whist in Antigua. When she

is not on the boat Courtney is always investigating new places to travel to and new things to try. We certainly

wouldn’t be surprised to see her on the Discovery Channel attempting to kayak up the Amazon one day!

This smiling Capetonian studied Equestrian Science and later got a job as a Sales Executive for a large hospitality software company

in South Africa. After realising that the corporate world wasn’t for her, she decided to travel. Gabi loves to make people laugh, hang out with her brothers and be outdoors. Gabi would like to start an

Equine Therapy school some day but for now, absolutely loves the yachting industry.

Tara joined Titania out of her love for the ocean and passion for sailing the seas. After navigating around Australia she had the desire to the travel to the Mediterranean and fell in love

with the area instantly. Tara’s goal in life is to start her own vintage fashion label and to travel back to India to complete her Yoga Teacher Training course.

Emily studied massage and beauty at Henley College in Coventry before becoming a cruise ship masseuse in

2013.

After sailing around Europe on cruise ships she became a private masseuse and learned to ski in Vail before joining Titania in May 2014. Emily’s favourite time of year is the

Winter Festive season. Emily would like to be a spa manager and eventually own her own beauty business.

Erica Brownell is originally from Liverpool UK. Over the last 3 years Erica has travelled worldwide with her beauty degree

carrying out wedding make up packages and luxurious massages and facials .

Erica’s favourite time of the year is the summer, so she is very happy to be on a busy boat that lives for the summer season. Erica loves girly nights where she can do friends make-up and

nails.

in Grimsby, England but has relocated and is now based in Leicestershire.

Matt is a big guy with a big brain. After completing his 3 years engineering apprenticeship with Sunseeker, he decided to travel to France with the intention of going back home to England. Matt has studied Marine Engineering and would eventually like to be a Chief

Engineer on large Motor Yachts. He enjoys playing football and listening to music.

Holly spent her summers as a Club Vass windsurfing instructor, and in the winters working as an award winning

chalet hostess and snowboarder in Val d’Isere, France. Returning to England and working for the BBC for 2 years, sports enthusiast Holly’s eagerness to travel meant she left England again, this time to work on yachts. Now six years on and an Officer of the Watch, Holly is keen to learn and

work her way towards becoming Captain. Holly is continually completing courses and training in different areas of yachting and yacht safety to ensure the best

possible experience for our guests.

Zac joined us on Titania with one goal in mind, to learn and train to become a Captain one day. He also loved working on a sail yacht,

which he sailed from the Seychelles to Cape Town.

Zac was born and raised on a sheep farm in De Aar – right in the middle of South Africa. He has a degree in Business

Management.

DECKHAND Samuel Blackwell

Sam gets his knack for repairing from working with his father after an earthquake hit New Zealand in 2010 and again in 2011, by fixing up people’s houses that were

damaged from the natural disaster. When Sam eventually returns home, he would like to finish off his Police College Training and join the Police Force. He has been to Canada

to snowboard and also enjoys football and rugby.

DECKHAND Giles McPherson

South Africa

Giles, mostly called Gilo, graduated with a degree in Brand Management and joined the yachting industry soon after. After

working on a 35m, he went bigger and joined a 76m Private yacht. After realising that Private was too quiet for him, he went back to

Charter and joined us earlier this year. Gilo loves to travel and has recently backpacked around Asia and often goes on snowboarding

trips to Austria with his friends and family.
