• CREDAI CLEAN CITY MOVEMENT got very good response in Mumbai and MMR.
• MCHI-CREDAI and its units shown active participation in the launch
• On June 13-14, 2015, we had grand launch of CCCM – Presidents of Thane MCHI

• CCCM will also be implemented at 24 buildings of Ajmera’s Bhakti Park at Wadala.
• Marathon also shown interest in modifying their under construction project at Panvel
• Developers from Thane Unit, Kalyan Dombivli Unit are interested in following the best practices of CCCM
• These are some achievements in at Developers front.

Changing Perspective of Government/ Local Authorities to look at CREDAI
• The Commissioner of Thane Municipal Corporation was astonished by the `Zero Waste’ model of CCCM.
• The efforts of CCCM, made the Government partner with CREDAI for Consultancy in City’s Solid Waste Management Solution
• TMC awarded funds of Rs. 5 Crore plus land required for implementing the said project
• Subsequently, other Corporations – KDMC, BMC are pulling into the same drive.

• The way CCCM has taken speed in Mumbai & MMR, it eventually reached to Pune, Nashik and I am sure similar milestones would be achieved at these Units of CREDAI-Maharashtra.
