Good because leaves and rubbish can’t get in.

HOW POLLUTION EFFECTS MARINE ENVIRONMENTS

Pollution effects animals and their environments because some animals think rubbish is food and choke on the rubbish.

Humans are making another source of pollution know as global warning.

GLOBAL WARNING Global warning is caused by humans burning

fuel. Smoke going into the air destroys the ozone layer and lets the sun’s UV rays, UVB rays and UVA rays through the ozone layer.

Sea temperatures are rising, forcing sea animals and sea creatures to move south.

OIL SPILLS

Oil spills can hurt sea life and make more pollution in the sea. Oil spills are becoming a real problem in our world today. To stop oil

spills we can move oil tanks onto land so the oil doesn’t spill into the ocean and aff ect

marine life.

HOW CAN WE PROTECT MARINE LIFE

We can help protect marine life by throwing our rubbish in the bins so no

rubbish goes down the drains and hurts marine life. You can also help marine life

by washing your car on the grass or by washing paint brushes in a bucket
