Dear Friends,
We are glad to invite you for Creativity HUBinternational youth exchange program, organized byReCreativity Social Enterprise, financed by the
Erasmus+ program. In this guide you will find all you need to know about theproject - information about the program, accomodation,
travel, reimbursement and other practical issues.
About the programThe topic of the project is based on young people's and our environment's local and global needs. Themain organizers are young experienced youth
workers and entrepreneurs. We consider the themeof creative recycling as a very important issue.During the program participants develop theircreativity and entrepreneurship skills. They canexpress their individual talent and cooperate with
other youngsters in a multicultural environment at thesame time.

ReCreativityReCreativity is a social enterprisethat operates a social studio in Budapest. We provide non formal programs and upcycled brands always using the tool of creativerecycling, in order that people build creative solutions in their everydaylife and in the mean time acquire environmental awareness.

Our activities include international & national youth programs andcreative workshops. The method of learning by experience iscombined with a creative process, most of the time in an
international environment.
The program of the exchange is designed andconducted by a multicultural team of experienced
trainers and assistants.
The Team
Barbara Földi co-founder of ReCreativity, is going to lead theprogram, , who has already been implementing and realizing
several intenational projects in the topic of creative recycling.
The Aims of the ProjectOur participants come from different culturaland social backgrounds. They will learnmethods and techniques of recycling anddevelop their skills and change their mind setand attitude towards the environment. Therewill be an integrated group of young people,living together for 10 days and creatingsomething together.
They are going to practice inclusion between each other and extend this experiencein the local surroundings as we plan to give workshops for local schools where kids
are coming from difficult backgrounds. It will give development not only in theirskills but also personally. Participants with special needs are going to experienceacceptance and support and they will have the chance to give something back tothe community as by the end of the program they will become workshop leaders.
How? The main method we use is creative recycling whichis a method based on creativity, cooperation and
crafting. We use creativity and upcycling as a tool todevelop different skills.

We expect you to participate in the whole program - arriving later or leave earlier isnot allowed
For whomParticipants with the age of 18-30 years old plus group leadersfrom 7 countries: Italy, Greece,Ireland, Spain, Czech Republic,
Romania and Hungary. We also invite young people withlight disabilities who will have the
support of mentors.

ReCreativity covers the following costs:

Participants cover the following: insuranceParticipant's contribution:50€/person to be paid in cash inHUF or euro on arrival.
Application After the application is closed, participants will beselected by the team.

The conditions of reimbursement is described below.Please read it carefully and if you have any questions,
contact us in advance! If you have any physical or mental limitations or if youtake any medication, please indicate in the application
form. If you are vegetarian or have a special diet, let us
know - note in your application what you cannot/don't want to eat and what you can, so we can
arrange suitable food for you.

Conditions of Reimbursement: The Reimbursement of the travel costs will be paid in HUF after theproject and it will be done by bank transfer. You can only get your reimbursement if you participate in the wholeprogram.
