About Me

After studying for a degree in Psychology and ReligiousStudies I spent a number of years bringing up my four children. My professional background reflects my interestin working with people experiencing difficulties in theirlives including: working in a refuge for women and children escaping domestic violence; as a mediator for families in crisis; a community mentor for the elderly to prevent social isolation; and more recently in alcohol services.

I trained at the Karuna Institute on Dartmoor and have been practising since 2005.

Practicalities

Sessions are weekly and last for one hour. You are welcome to have a free initial meeting.
