the strategy sPeCIal ProJeCt

• an internal special project started 6 months ago

• the project is done outside the area of the existing requests of the clients,

pitches or the day by day workflow and is not related with either of them

• is based on the idea that everybody can come up with the “next big thing”

• 3 meetings per month where every member of the team can express him/

herself with ideas that they think are unique, mind blowing, or have the chance

to conquer the world

• the ideas can come from things they saw, from things that they think are

missing or things they didn’t work but done in a different manner will be a

success

• everybody can have a chance at their shooting star

• after the 1st workshop of the month, 3 ideas are chosen and in the next

meeting they will be pitched among the member of the team

• the winning idea will benefit as a “start-up project” being developed either with

an investment made directly by eventures, or with the help of a 3rd party partner

• until now we have 3 ideas that are currently under development and/or

implementation
