High Quality Manufacturing

Quality AssuranceAs a precision moulder, Worldwide Dispensers works hard

to deliver rigid quality standards, supported by a reliable

and trustworthy service. We work with our customers

from the beginning, to develop customised inspection

plans that work to meet their requirements.

Quality ServicesWe stringently analyze our finished products, completing

tests in precision tolerance (levels of ±.001 pending

material), process validation studies and

dimensional inspection. All our dispensers are

manufactured in an ISO 9001 environment and conforms

to current FDA and European food contact legistlation. In

addition, we fulfill leak testing, first article inspections,

control charting, custom inspection plans and statistical

tracking software (CpK, GR&R studies). Gauging, touch

CMM and video CMM are also completed.
