COMPANY OVERVIEW

We all have been through smaller road accidents or have watched some sorts of accidents

or other in the road. Driving is always fun but is dangerous at the same time. According to the

WHO so far more than 25 million people have died in the vehicle-related accidents. Even with

all the advancement in vehicle safety technology, the death toll seems to just go one way that is

higher and higher. Around 1.2 million people die each year on the world‟s road accidents and

that death toll is to peak up by 65% by the year 2020, according to a report by WHO and World

Bank. Because of this ever ending one way problem, I came up with an idea of creating

something which can potentially help to lower the numbers and at the same time can establish

me as a successful business man. The first thing I thought was what the reasons behind these

accidents were. So I researched couple things about National Highway Traffic Safety

Administration. The two major reasons I found was Weather and Distracted Driver. These two

reasons were enough for me to establish this magnificent product called Crystal View.

Crystal view is a single owner private company. The company is dedicated towards

providing best technological product that can help to lower the number of road accidents. The

goal of crystal view is to be implanted in each vehicle that will be manufactured by any

automobile corporation throughout the world. Crystal View is a device that fits into a vehicle and

takes control of the driver view. It‟s a view enhancing device. The basic work process of crystal

view is very simple as its name. It gets attached to the micro chip inside your can and projectsthe 360® view in your front and back windshield and also your side windows. There are 8 high

resolution cameras that go in each side of the vehicle and project the crystal view for the driver.

The vision of crystal view is to change the way people drive and lower the number of accidents

to a minimum lever by providing a high resolution views in each vehicles that comes out of the

auto factory.

Abstract

The crystal view is a advanced Global Positioning device that is installed inside the vehicle with

its external parts attached outside of the vehicle. This device project a 360 degree view for the

driver on the front, rear and the sides of the vehicle. The device is synced with the satellite forthe real time view so that driver can see exactly everything around him in real time but in the

crystal HD quality. The device comes with eight high resolution cameras to be installed outside

of the vehicle and four crystal boxes that go inside the dashboard and on the hood of the vehicle

to project the view.

Background and Summary of the Invention

The above presented figures are the essential parts of the Crystal view to provide the crystal HD

quality display in the wind shield of any vehicle. This system usually does it work with the help

of car battery and satellite communication for real time situation projection. The patent of crystal

view illustrates the type of technology been used. The device has the digital input through the

cameras that are placed on outside of the vehicle and the output is displayed in the wind shield of

the car as shown in figure 1. As shown in the diagram there are other devices like power

interface and satellite interface which helps to make this gadget work flawlessly. The cameras

placed on the car are 32 megapixels with HD quality output features. There are optical fibers

used to connect the interfaces with the cameras show that there is transmission of data at the

speed of light. This is one of the technological innovations of the current time. Figure 2 shows

the digital two way communication via the interface and the satellite so that real time projection

is displayed through the projector. The figure three shows „A‟ and „B‟ which is the input/output

parts of the projector and there are two projectors because one will display the real time details

through the satellite and other will display the camera images and they correspondingly bring out

the very real looking crystal image on the windshield.

MARKETING STRATEGY

Crystal View is a revolutionary product to change the way of our driving and minimize the road

causalities to half or even more. As stated by numerous transportation official department the

major reason for accidents in the road is weather and distracted drivers. The Crystal view is the

right answer to that particular problem.

Crystal View has committed itself to offer a different perspective towards driving through a

technological innovation. The company has aimed to make a total sale of 5 million crystal view

gadgets in the first year. Our primary focus will be on the American drivers as because the motor

companies like Ford, General Motors and Honda has approved the gadget to go into their car for

year 2015 models. The company is also committed to reduce the road accidents and provide the

best driving experience to every Americans who own a motor vehicle.

Target Market

Crystal View‟s customers will be very wide and they will range from the lower income to the

wealthy customers. The product we manufacture will be a universal gadget as long as it‟s a four

wheel automobile and has a windshield. This gives us a huge advantage over spreading our

product touch to large number of population. Initially we are planning to get the US customer as

because of the government acceptance of satellite service and with the success of the product

here we will be moving to the nearby countries like Canada and Europe. As long as there are cars

we are always in business because our product is going to be like a creamer in coffee

relationship. As many people don‟t like creamer but there are even more who do. So as long as

cars and automobiles are there we will be around doing business. There are variety of

automobiles and the flexibility and universal application of our gadget gives it an upper hand in

the market. More over statistics shows that the highest number of vehicle in America is either

Ford or Honda. And we having a built in relationship for doing a collaborative business in 2015

is another positive picture of how good our product is for the customer.

Our product will be purchased by many people who visit different auto show rooms in different

part of the country. They will be able to get the advertisements, mails, flyers, newsletters when

they are shopping for their automobile. As the first thing when someone buys a car is registration

and paperwork, this gadget is going to be add on feature for them before they go on doing

paperwork. So our built in network with the nationwide auto dealers is going to give us an upper

hand on the product advertisements. Crystal View is designed to get every target market of every

auto mobile industry. As because GM, Ford and Honda have already tested our device on their

older model vehicle and has approved as the gadget that can enhance the visibility of the driver.

This is a big achievement and a best marketing agenda that we will be focusing on throughout

the initial year.

Crystal View for Society

Our product is mainly designed to ensure safety of a driver while providing them flawless HD

quality display projection on their windshield. This technology will help to avoid weather related

road accidents and less people and family will lose their lives or loved ones. People who are notable to drive in the harsh weather or condition will be able to drive their vehicle with no

problems at all. The transportation of goods will become much and more easy with lesser

weather related delays.

MARKETING PLAN

Our product strategy is very simple and we agree that with the mass production of automobile by

the automobiles industry we are more likely to follow the same pattern so that we remain under

our customer budget. Our research on the market and current trends has shown us the newer

preference of the customer towards automobile and our product is designed accordingly. Crystal

View can function in gas based vehicle or electricity based and this again gives us an upper hand

on the gadget industry by having multiple options for the customer. Because of the mass

production we will be able to maintain the quality products at a very cheaper price so that any

customer wants to buy an automobile can have their vehicle upgraded with our gadget rather

than having a built in GPS. Also our gadgets will display the maps and details on the screen with

just click of a button. Being with big automobile companies like Honda and Ford brings our

customer to us automatically and also universal application of our device in any sort of

automobile is our greatest advantage to acquire more and more customers. As America has better

roadways and is connected to almost every state through interstate we have concentrated our

major focus on US markets but we will be growing and moving towards Canada and Europe

after the success here.

We also focus on providing these gadgets for the celebrities for free so that they can try it and

advertise it in their communities. We will be providing our gadgets for the military service at

half price so that our men are safe while protecting us on the border.

As described in the Marketing strategy and marketing plan, this product has been designed to

enhance the way we drive. Because majority of USA is linked with road ways and majority of

the population prefer the driving rather than flying. Interstate I80 links from east to west but it‟s

a hell of a journey to get across certain parts of the country during the snowfall, rain, winds.

Night travel is always a danger too. So in order to improve the driving comfort for the long

journeys or long distance travelling jobs for the truck driver, these devices is a dream come true.

The Gadget will not only provide benefits to the driver by avoiding any sort of weather related or

view related delays but will also reduce the road accidents by a huge number. The gadget once

entered into the car projects 100% reliable and real time image and the sensors detects any sort

of hidden obstacles on the way which a camera or even a GPS cannot detect. These devices can

be even applied in the military during the wars so that there is clear detection of any enemies

even of the dust and smoke. That is why this device is named crystal view which intends to

provide high resolution quality image by projecting it real time in front of the windshield. This

technology will be very helpful for the society because it will be an aid during the disaster for

reliable source of commuting people to the safe zone. Let‟s say if we install these devices on

ambulances and fire brigades, things will go smooth and fast even if there are natural calamities

like blizzard, rain, wind etc. This will also help rescue mission people who risk their lives to save

other lives.

Crystal View Technology is a fully high tech technology and functions real time because it syncs

the data from the satellite. At the same time the device is made up of steel and alloy mixture

which makes it very strong and durable. The device is designed in such a way that it can handle

extreme temperature either hot or cold. The interfaces and the projector that are inside the

automobile have micro processor and chips that are faster than any high processing laptops. I am

showing you some components of the interfaces as well as the projector.

The figure 4 represents the latest processor which is built in with advanced micro processor which

functions with the speed of light. All the wires that are used on the interfaces are optical fibers for the

accurate and faster data transmission.

The cameras that are attached out of the car has sensor and receptors that receive signals from the

satellite and process the data into the interfaces and finally is projected on the wind shield of the

vehicle. The built in GPS, real time tracking device and crystal clear HD projection makes this gadget one

its own kind.

The entire system is fully controlled by the interface that will be placed inside the car. The input medium

is the cameras and motion sensor located outside of the car. There are 8 high definition cameras with

sensors and real time tracking devices inside each camera. The input gets into the interface through

these cameras and after processing the data it mixes it with the real time data that it collects from the

satellite and finally both of these data are merged together via special projectors on the wind shield and

the driver gets the real view of the road and things happening outside. The cool part is that user has

option to change his mode of view. Let’s say if it’s raining outside and driver wants a sunny day feel, the

projector will eliminate what is needed to be eliminated that is rain, color contrast, and add some

custom sunny view so that the driver gets the view as if it’s not raining outside. However only thing we

are manipulating here is external factors like rain and the color of the environment outside, everything

else still is same as it is synced with real time tracking through satellite. Every small detail is caught by

the camera or the satellite and these are processed through interfaces and finally is projected.

Not only that for any sort of technical problems that may occur, the device automatically turns off with

an appropriate warning stating the mode will be changed to the regular windshield view. This option is

done with the artificial intelligence technology that is located in the interface.

In conclusion, the gadget will be an appropriate add-on in any sort of vehicle which will make the driving

easier, convenient and comfortable no matter what the road condition and the weather is like. Here is

some model display of this technology.
