WEEK 8 TERM 1 2021 Board of Trustee elections - we currently have a vacancy for both a parent and a staff rep on our Board of Trustees. If you are interested in becoming a Board rep or finding out more about what is involved, please let us know. Time is flying by as we near the end of Term - just three weeks to go! We have a couple of big items for your attention this week: Whole School Triathlon - on Thursday, 1st April we have a whole school triathlon, swimming in the School Pool, cycling on local roads, and running at the Domain. We will need lots of supervision for this event. If you are able to help, please let us know. Kia ora whanau Our next Board meeting is on Monday, 29th March at 5.30pm, and these meetings are open to the public if you would like to attend. Details of the vacancy and the nomination process on the following page. Easter raffle - Thank you to everyone who has already donated prizes for the Easter Raffle. If you still need to bring yours in, these can be left in the office with Bekki. A sheet of tickets has been sent home to each family. Please return completed sheets and money to the office (or direct credit to 12-3099- 0100389-01). If you need extra sheets, these are available from the office.

Beach EdOn Monday, 15th March, we travelled to Ruakaka Surf Lifesaving Club for our Beach Ed
day. The Beach Ed programme is designed to help keep our kids safe at the beach.
Tahi Bees visitOn Monday, our Year 6 students had the opportunity to
visit the Tahi Bee Honey House in Pataua North toconsolidate the learning they have been doing with Tahi
