Equality Impacts and Outcomeso Regularly have 220 people on our book which equates to 107% increase

o Up to 30 of those may be in receipt of the Pod Pass Card

o 395% increase in the number of young people (people under 25) on our books

o 69% increase in the number of people from BME communities

o Many people exit the service in 6 months or less as oppose to 5 years or more

o 40% of the staff team have gained expertise through lived experience

o 100 people have participated in Is it for Me training workshops enabling them to make empowered and informed decisions about Direct Payments
