CREATING AN ACCOUNT IN OKTRAIN

Before you get started you will need…
Reliable Internet Connection Email Address Employee ID Number
At the bottom left of your ID badge
Creating an OKTRAIN Account
Click “Create Account”
Policy Agreement
Agree to the TRAIN policies and procedures
Fill Out the Information
•Fill the information out completely•The login name will also be your user name
•If the login name is already taken you will get an error and must choose another login•It is a good idea to use your email address as your login to decrease the chances of the name being used.
•Select a secret question for which there can only be one constant answer, such as your mother’s maiden name
Selecting State Portal
Select your state’s portal
**It should default to Oklahoma
Oklahoma Portal
In the state portal, select
1.Your Region 2.Your Office3.Your Division
County Health Departments:If you are in a County Health Department and you are a State of Oklahoma Employee, select OSDH Employee after selecting your county
Click “Next”
Your Profession
Choose the job description that most closely resembles your profession.
If you pick a profession with a selection box next to it you must select a value for both boxes
Your Work Settings
All OSDH employees will select Official Public Health Agencies with the State/Territory option selected
•The next two steps will ask for Demographic information and Employee ID numbers. •If you do not get asked for employee ID number you did not self report as an OSDH or State Employee. •You can fix this by going back or by emailing your information including employee ID to [email protected]

If you hold a professional license, enter that information here
