Pre-Production• Doesn’t cost you anything! • Where you do your research – from the comfort of your chair.. Free!• Will be the longest part of your whole programme making

• Planning is everything

A schedule is very important for your whole production. It’s vital that you know when you’re doing pre-production, production and post-production and how long for.. Time costs money!

Post-ProductionEditing….Editing…Editing..

• Weeks spent in an editing suite cutting up the footage from production• Offline editing raw footage is copied and edited, without affecting the camera original

film stock or video tape. Once the project has been completely offline edited, the original media will be assembled in the online editing stage.

• Online editing post-production linear video editing process that is performed in the final stage of a video production. It occurs after offline editing. It is editing footage at the original highest quality.

• At the post-production stage, more time is spent in offline editing as it is cheaper, with a final day/week done in online editing.
