EQ: Where were the proxy wars? Who won them and why? How did the Cold War end?

Thesis: During the Cold War; fought between the USA

and the USSR, there were many proxy wars. Majority of the proxy wars took place in China, Greece, Korea, and Cuba. The USA came out more successful at the end of the Cold War due to technological advances and growth of the economy. The USSR on the other hand, had many internal issues that led to their downfall.
