and to reattune you to the Highest Truth

THIS moment? There are so many self-‐help books and

heart, but by Spirit. The author of this book serves as a

channel for loving beings, known as The Alliance of

Light, to communicate essential knowledge to humans

at this time on our planet.

and express us. You know some of us by many names

including Archangel Michael, Jesus Christ (Yeshua), Mary,

Isis, Kuan Yin, Yogananda, Buddha, Lakshmi.

Many of our energies originate outside of your Solar

System yet we are very much part of your SOUL-‐ar

System! (You may like to call these aspects of the Alliance

your “star cousins” for we are made of the same cosmic

material and are family in this and other senses.)

All the enlightened masters who have walked, are

walking and shall walk the Earth are among us. You may

have noticed, in your studies or world religions and

philosophies, that there are many universal truths. This is

because all of the people who have shared these truths

when they have been pure in form and true to the original

meaning, are tuning into the same Source = God = Love.

What you call it is not important. That you live it, is

the most important thing in the world.

In this book, we speak primarily with One Voice

although there may be certain phrases that are

attributed to a particular aspect of the Divine, in

particular Archangel Michael, to help you connect with

these teachings through that name, archetype, energy

and image. Truly, though, it is not the name or the

messenger that is important but the message itself and

the energy within it.

As you read this book, you may find that another

name or image of an ascended master may come into

your awareness. This name or image may be one that is

mentioned in this book, or not stated here directly. There

are literally thousands of beings healing and blessing you

with each word.

Wow! Sage here. Can you feel that? The Alliance

has so much wisdom and love to share with us, and I am

so grateful to be a messenger for these Truths.

Speaking as the human channel, and therefore the

first person to actually read what they are telling us, I

want to just let you know that the guides sometimes

speak in unusual ways that may stretch you a bit

outside of your comfort zone. For example, they put

words together in interesting, new ways (such as

aloud/allowed and YOUniverse, as you read in their

Message). They play with acronyms and capitalization a

Lot, and you will soon see they have a deLIGHTful sense

of humor.

Remember: Angels can fly because they take

They also point out many paradoxes that seem to

be contradictory but are actually enlightening us about

Introduction Sage’s True Story of Angels, Awakening & Abundance

The guides who are really the source of the

information in this book have already introduced

themselves. Now it’s my turn. J

The purpose of this book is to hand you the tools,

awaken your inner fire so you can shift your

relationship with money, power and success forever -‐-‐

so you can make an even more positive impact while

enjoying life to the fullest. This is not an autobiography

(the guides assure me that will be another book!)

You don’t really need to read this chapter but if you

are curious, go ahead and do so. I know I always love

reading other people’s inspirational stories…

So why should you read what I have to say about

abundance, prosperity and Law of Attraction for

creating your dream life? And how did this knowledge,

these Spirit-‐gifted tools, change MY life and the lives of

others?

I have been a professional intuitive, energy healer,

spiritual counselor, life coach, workshop facilitator,

meditation teacher and writer since 1994 when I went

through three Near-‐Death Experiences in 18 hours in

Mexico. This spiritual journey included an amazing

MIRACULOUS angel encounter, changing me

instantaneously, from a compassionate yet struggling,

seeker … to a messenger of Spirit. Healer. Shaman.

During that time, I have also experienced profound

healing of three physical disabilities:

• Bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome (all healed)

• A back injury so severe I walked only with a cane

and brace for months and was told I would “never

jump, run or dance ever again.” (I jump! I run! I

dance! Whoohooo!)

• And a serious, allegedly incurable disease called

sarcoidosis, which usually afflicts middle-‐aged

black men yet mysteriously invaded my lung at the

age of 25. (In “spontaneous remission” 22 years!)

Immediately after my awakening in 1994,

hundreds of songs, poems and pages poured to me and

through me within weeks. I was joyfully filled with

inspiration and clear guidance on how to manifest

soulmate love, how to stay connected to Source, how to

read energy and heal.

This spiritual opening was not a fleeting “peak

experience.” I went through a portal in August 1994 and

I have never gone back to the “Matrix” of delusion,

confusion and illusion (as Archangel Michael calls it!).

Higher knowledge has been flowering within me and

flooding into me for 18 years now, stronger every day.

I am grateful to be able to live fully in the world of

Spirit and the physical world and to lovingly make a

difference in the lives of thousands of people.

The only credit I take for all these miracles is that I

have the courage to show up, to get out of the way, to let

the Light shine through me and to be who I really AM.

Spirit does the rest.

Some of my clients and students call me a “personal

transformation catalyst” because, if you are working

with me or words of Spirit through me -‐-‐You are going

to be accelerated several levels faster! Others have

called me “a great straw for the cosmic chocolate

milkshake.” J

Since this is a book about life purpose and

prosperity, let me share with you about my background

– and triumphs -‐ in that regard. In my earliest years, I

grew up in New York City in a middle-‐class household. I

was adopted.

When I was 10, my parents divorced and we began

to have financial problems. My older sister also moved

out to go to college, and I became a “latch key kid.” My

mother worked very hard to support us but even in a

rent-‐controlled apartment, times were tough. We went

on food stamps. I had to quit the most joyful activity in

my life, dance lessons, ironically, just when my dance

teacher invited me to join her advanced program

because “We just can’t afford it anymore, honey.”

Things got so tough I went out at the age of 13 and,

lying about my age to get a work permit, began flipping

burgers 10 hours a week (while still getting my straight

As in school) to help my mother pay the rent! I was

actually paying rent of $200 a month at age 13. I didn’t

realize until many years later that this was not a normal

responsibility for a 13-‐year-‐old in our culture. I even

had to pay for my own Bat Mitzvah.

I was valedictorian of both elementary and high

school and graduated high school at the age of 15. I have

always excelled at whatever I set my mind to doing yet

in early adulthood I suffered from many health

problems. I moved around a lot (13 times in 12 years!),

changing jobs and careers like they were a new outfit.

Secretary. Waitress. Engineer. Journalist. Script writer

for a sci-‐fi TV show. Teacher.

Yet no matter how hard I worked, I seemed to

barely scrape by. I couldn’t even pay back my student

loans.

Ever brimming with ideas, and still buying into the

“Do what you love, the money will easily follow”

concept, in 1993, I invented a romantic board game

called Passion Play!, which The Playboy Catalogue called

“The best romantic game ever made.” A friend made the

design and art, and we sold our sexy games like hot

cakes. Yet I lost $50,000 on the business and had to file

bankruptcy because the printer ripped us off, the

fulfillment company overcharged us, the games cost too

much to produce, and so on.

Do you see a pattern here? Smart, creative, go-‐

getter. Dreams big. Not afraid to take risks. Yet I

couldn’t seem to keep, as my Jewish grandmother

would say, “two shekels to rub together.”

What’s wrong with this picture? I threw myself

enthusiastically into – and excelled at -‐ whatever I did. I

knew I had brains, I believed I could succeed, yet…

incredibly, at the age of 29, I was still sick, my first

marriage turned abusive, I was in massive debt and not

very satisfied with my life.

Then I went through my Awakening.

And from 1994 to today, I have added many

certifications and credentials along the way as a

certified clinical hypnotherapist, Third-‐Degree Reiki

Master, ordained interfaith minister and spiritual

counselor. Working from an intuitive perspective, I can

honestly say that most of the knowledge and guidance I

use in all my work comes, not from all my professional

trainings, but from my ever-‐growing connection to

Source, as well as my personal and professional

experience.

The connection with Spirit that I was blessed to

experience in 1994 and thereafter helped me hugely

yet, because I am still human, I do sometimes fail to

hear or heed the message so in 2002, when my husband

and I used Law of Attraction to manifest buying our first

house, we bought the wrong house.

How do I know it was the wrong house? Well, we

were in the middle of signing the mountain of papers,

our miracle mortgage loan was about to expire in 12

minutes, when my eyes were guided to look at a “Stop”

sign outside. I thought, “Hmm, that doesn’t seem good.

God, if that’s you talking, can you give me another sign if

this is the wrong move?”

Sure enough, just then, my eyes went to the “Exit”

sign by the door! I pulled my husband out of the room

and said, “Honey, we have to stop! This is the wrong

house! God just told me, I got two signs.”

My husband, who is the sweetest man on the planet

but who did not have his 3rd eye and ear open to the

degree that I had, was convinced that: “If we don’t buy

this house now, we’ll never get another chance like

this!” And I, as a woman conditioned in our society, did

what I was conditioned to do: I gave my power away.

I listened to my husband instead of God, and we

bought the wrong house. Ended up investing $70,000

into it immediately because it had termites and mold

and we needed to demo a whole quadrant of the house

and rebuild it!

Four years later, when it was clear that we still

were not thriving there (the neighborhood was mostly

extreme rednecks and pot growers), we asked for a sign

and were told quite clearly to move to Hawaii. We took

a leap of faith, sold the house at a loss and were

homeless twice over the next 2 years to try to evade and

avoid mold. Definitely a 4-‐letter word! We moved 7

times that first year in Hawaii, living like gypsies while I

held down a classroom teaching job and Mark did

landscaping for millionaires.

The story of all the healing and adventures we had

in Hawaii would again, fill another book, so suffice it to

say that Pele, the volcano goddess, had clearly called us

to her, we experienced what we needed to there, then

she kicked us out!

Now here’s my confession. Originally I had told

God, “OK, I am going to go back to the ‘day job’

(teaching) just this one more time while we get situated

in Hawaii but I will not do it more than one year. After

one year, I promise I will get back to my real mission

that you put me here for.”

But after the first year teaching, which was quite

nice but of course not very soul-‐satisfying because it

wasn’t my Real Work, I was afraid I couldn’t or wouldn’t

be able to make ENOUGH MONEY doing my right

livelihood. After all, I’d tried for 12 years and had never

managed to do so, always having to ping-‐pong (boing!)

back to some day job to make ends meet.

I listened to the voice of Fear instead of Love and I

signed the contract for another year teaching middle

school. Toward the end of the 2nd year, as I got more and

more disgruntled with the administration’s

bureaucratic bullshit and the politics that “left behind”

the gifted kids I was teaching, I suddenly got a death

threat from a native student at my job. (I believe it was

racially motivated, a “haole go home” thing.)

Understatement of the universe: The

administration and police did not support me, basically

said I was the crazy one even though the note was in

writing. I felt totally betrayed and unsafe and was

diagnosed with PTSD (Post-‐Traumatic Stress Disorder).

I was agoraphobic too, hiding in my bed for 6 weeks.

My spirit was broken.

Until one day, my 5-‐year-‐old gently stroked my

cheek and asked while I lay in the bed, hiding:

“Mommy?... When are you coming back?”

!

My son saved my life that day. I made a conscious

CHOICE to LIVE and to rebuild my life. Again.

I had a conversation with God. I said, “OK, sorry I

didn’t honor that last arrangement but I was not seeing

a track record of my succeeding and your taking care of

me doing my Real Work. Obviously, I have not been

getting something really important here, so please clue

me in. What is it going to really take for me and my

family to thrive? To really prosper? AND Do what we

really came here to do? I can’t keep struggling like this!”

And the answers I got to THAT question are woven

throughout this book, in my channelings and healings

and group programs and audios.

With Spirit’s guidance, especially Archangel

Michael, Mark & I created the Aligning with Abundance

audio, I made a new 100% commitment to BE God’s

voice, we moved back to California in June 2008.

And within 90 days, my right livelihood income

was FOUR TIMES higher than it had ever been before!

I could not believe how EASY it was to manifest

great clients and students, and the money was just

pouring in! I was even invited “out of the blue” to

present on (multimillionaire) T. Harv Eker’s stage in

front of 930 people, presenting The Radical Self-‐Love

Experience to a standing ovation for 10 minutes and

launching my first book (Radical Self-‐Love), touching

hundreds of people in a single day. Wow!

I’m not the only one whose success has

skyrocketed using this system. My students and clients

have quadrupled their soulwork income within months,

successfully transitioned from soul-‐sapping jobs to

launch and expand their right livelihood businesses.

With divine guidance from the Alliance of Light and

all my guides, and the solid support of my husband, who

is my web designer and a fantastic “Mr. Mom,” within

three years, I built a six-‐figure business as an

entrepreneur and personal growth expert, helping

thousands of people create the life of their dreams.

Today I joyfully serve as a hypnotherapist,

OmnidimensionalTM shamanic angelic and Reiki healer,

spiritual teacher, Archangel Michael channel and

Intuitive Life Purpose & Abundance Acceleration Coach.

And later in 2008, I went through another portal

when I suddenly began channeling Archangel Michael

during an intuitive reading at a metaphysical store.

It would be difficult to put into words the power of

what happened in that reading-‐beyond-‐any-‐reading but

what I can tell you is that, not only did my client get

instant and astounding clarity about her health, her

husband’s business and more, suddenly Archangel

Michael told her that he was the one who had saved her

son’s life years ago!

She burst into tears. She knew EXACTLY what he

was talking about, and we spent the next 10 minutes

crying and hugging. And thanking AA Michael.

And I have been channeling AA Michael ever since!

AA Michael actually explained to me that if I desired to

do so, we could merge so that he is ALWAYS with me

and his love imbues all that I do or say. I of course

gratefully and graciously accepted. We are a team, he is

the Divine guide and I AM his hands and voice.

With Michael’s help, I/we write inspirational

books, create hypno~meditation healing audios,

channel TelAttunementsTM and lead seminars, Reiki

Master trainings and immersion re-‐TREATs.

In all I do, I blend mind-‐body reprogramming with

energy and soul healing, meditation and intuitive

training, spiritual awakening practices, deep self-‐love,

and advanced Law of Attraction so my clients get clear

and get in gear!

Today, I am married to my Twin Flame soulmate

(16 years now and going stronger than ever!). We have

the happiest, most harmonious relationship you can

imagine. People who see us ask us, amazed, “You’ve

been married HOW long? What? You two act like

newlyweds!”

My health is vastly improved. I do work I truly love

and get paid very well for doing it.

And I love my work so much, I don’t just say “TGIF.”

Every Monday, I shout “TGIM!” Every day is something I

am thankful for and on-‐fire about!

I cherish my time with my amazing husband, two

beautiful boys, and one amazing Husky-‐Shepherd

rescue dog. I get to do things like vacation in Yosemite,

go on exotic tropical cruises, swim with dolphins, enjoy

live musical events and theater, and eat gourmet food.

If my life sounds pretty dreamy, it is. I am still

human and have stressful moments now and then, yet

overall, my life feels like a series of blessings.

I am peaceful and happy 90% of the time. I feel a

profound, blissful and continuous connection with God

and my angels nearly every single moment. And my life

just keeps getting better.

I am making a difference in the way only I can, and

my clients and students thank me for it from their

hearts. I enjoy a balanced, happy, purpose-‐driven life

most people barely even dare dream of.

So if I can go from food stamps, bankrupt,

homeless, disabled, in an abusive 1st marriage to

earning six figures, married to my Twin Flame and

doing incredible creative, spiritual work that makes a

BIG difference, if I can be an abundancing prosperous

Success Tip #1:

Success Tip #2:

Text Rendering – This is YOUR Prosperity Program

Many studies have shown that people remember and

actually implement information they read much better

if they personalize the book while they are reading it by

doing things like underlining, highlighting, using sticky

notes, etc. This is called “text rendering.” I know we

were all conditioned to never, ever write in a book

(gasp!) but the Truth is, if you do, you will “own” the

material more fully and absorb it better.

Be sure you print out this content, have a pen, some

sticky note papers, highlighter, whatever you may enjoy

using and give yourself permission to CLAIM this

content and make it your own. Another effective

technique is to write on an index card the following:

• Reminds me of

• Action steps this inspires

• Insights & aha’s

• Jumps out at me

• Remember this!

Then use this index card as a BOOKMARK while you

read and occasionally refer to it and see if anything

you read meets any of those categories and merits

being marked in some way. Other people like to have

their journal handy while they read and write in the

journal. Find the combination that works for you and

have fun with it while you learn.

Just Do It.

Excuse me for sounding like a sneaker ad! I will tell you

right now – and this is important – that if all you do is

read this book, it’ll be like a “Chinese food” self-‐help

book, a lot of fluffy words with no oomph.

Now I happen to really enjoy Chinese food, so no offense

intended, but many people notice that after a good stir-‐

fried meal like that, you’re hungry a couple of hours

later. Likewise, with most self-‐help books, you read it,

you enjoy it, you feel all warm, fuzzy and glowy, but a

few hours later, it’s like you never read it. Nothing

sticks. It doesn’t actually CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

“There is no try, only do.” -‐ Yoda from Star Wars

That’s not what I want for you, and it’s certainly not

what YOU want for you. So read this, yes, enjoy the

anecdotes, theory, quotes, but then I want you to get

into action and actually DO the exercises.

Exception (but not really):

A few people process the material best by actually

allowing themselves to read the whole book first to

prepare and soak it in at the nonphysical levels, then go

back and read it a second time in action mode. If this is

your learning style, that’s fine but be sure you do go

back and DO IT. Don’t trick yourself with “Ah, I read it,

I’m done” then distract yourself with one of the other 7

books you want to read. (I know you!)

Reading does not equal doing.

I recently learned from Dr. John Gray, author of the

best-‐selling Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus

books, that only 20% of the people who buy self-‐help

books actually even finish reading them til the end! And

even fewer do the recommendations or practices.

The more you DO, the more you will benefit, dear one.

This leads us to…

Success Tip #4:

Write It Down, Schedule It, Make It Real.

Your time is your life. You need to dedicate some time

to DOING this wonderful work and play and

kNOWingness. So before we get into the real “meat” (or

tofu?) of this program, I want you to choose a daily goal:

Consider this your Prosperity Daily Requirement (PDR).

My PDR:

For example, each day I will do 3 to 5 prosperity-‐

builders from this program. Or, each day I will dedicate

30 minutes or more to practices from this program, plus

listen to the reprogramming audio while I sleep.

We will be working much more with goals and action

steps throughout this program. For now, suffice it to say

that there are Dreams a.k.a. Visions, Goals, and Action

Steps, going from the macro, Big Picture to the smaller

micro level. Thus action steps are the real, actionable

things you DO to help you achieve your goals, which

lead you to living your dream life.

We want you to know that this program was designed

for busy people. You do not need to drop everything

else. You do not need to find 3 hours a day to do this. A

little bit each day, steadily, will make a huge difference.

Your goals could be tied to time or activity. The guides

and I suggest that for most of you, 1-‐2 chapters per

week, and ½ hour a day are realistic goals. Perhaps a bit

more on your non-‐work days. Feel free to modify this

depending on how much time you can invest.

So now that you have a goal, you need to SCHEDULE

THE TIME so it happens! Don’t delude yourself “Oh, I’ll

just fit it in” or “I’ll figure it out later.” That’s what I call

mush. No more mush! Get solid, get real. We want you

to plug into your schedule a real, implementable GOAL

for this program both weekly and daily.

Choose Your Official Day One for the 40-‐Day

Immersion

Ideally, you will be using this book concurrently with

the 40 Days to Prosperity Consciousness Daily Activities

and the Prosperous Goddess Mastermind or 1:1

coaching support from Sage. This book contains more of

the channelings and theory, while the Daily Activities

contains ALL exercises, leading you on a path to

prosperity consciousness step by step.

Allocate the time for the next 40 days or more

because you will be using the exercises to really

reprogram and align yourself for true abundance.

Choose a 40-‐day period for your actual Days 1-‐40

when you will not have any “extra” unusual

circumstances that you know of, such as increased

workload or travel. You can also spend a few weeks

reading and doing this book first, then practicing the

even more hands-‐on intensive immersion 40-‐day action

Line Up Accountability Support – Your “AP” or

“MMG”

I know, I know. You’re thinking, “But I don’t need

support. I’ve got this book and my own good brain and

intentions. What more do I need? I like doing things on

my own. I don’t need a friggin’ support group.” I hear ya.

I understand your rugged individualistic quality, which

is admirable in some circumstances, but, my friend, this

isn’t one of ‘em.

If you are serious about changing your life, you, yes you,

need support. I’m not talking about psychotherapy, I’m

talking about an accountability partner (AP).

You will get exponentially more benefit from this

program if you work through it with support. As best-‐

selling Chicken Soup for the Soul author and millionaire

Jack Canfield, who was also in The Secret movie, says,

everyone needs an Accountability Partner. I call this

person your AP. By the way, I was selected to work with

Jack’s Success Coaching Team and I utilized their

services for accountability. I am currently working with

a business coaching program. No matter how far along

you are on your prosperity path, you always will benefit

hugely from excellent support.

We all start any new endeavor with the best of

intentions and energy, but we all know what happens.

Unless you do something to actively keep nudging you

back on track when you wander off, you will lose

momentum. This is why over 90% of new health club

memberships people sign up for in January are unused

by March, and 80% of dieters have gained all the weight

back and then some within a year.

We hypnotherapists have a saying for this:

“Willpower becomes won’t power.”

Numerous studies have shown that if people have the

support of others who are also focusing on the same

self-‐improvement, their chances of success

exponentially improve. So, don’t delude yourself. And as

millionaire Fran Harris says, “NME = No More Excuses.”

So get your support lined up now.

Your AP could be any/all of the following:

* A Create True Prosperity Now! / A3 Buddy

A friend, family member, coworker, etc. with whom you

work through this book and program together.

Advantage: Doesn’t cost you a cent.

Disadvantage: If your buddy falls off track, that will do

you more harm than good.

Tip: Be very selective about whom you choose to do this

with. Most people do not have an appropriate person

amongst their personal contacts. He or she has to be

highly MOTIVATED, easy to communicate and schedule

with, positive, holistic/spiritual/practical, wise -‐-‐ and

able to call you on your stuff and get your butt in gear!

Make a list of everyone you know who may be

interested in working through this program with you.

support AP you can activate in this role within your

existing social network, line up one or more of the

following:

* A Professional Success Coach

A success or life coach will help you stay on track by

holding you accountable as well as providing tools,

plus wisdom and insights for how these teachings apply

to you and your life. I offer both individual and

affordable group coaching to support you through this

program. See Re-‐Sources at back of this book.

Advantage: Human nature being what it is, if you

actually pay for a service like professional coaching

(have more “skin in the game” as the saying goes), you

are going to take it a lot more seriously, show up, do the

work and reap the rewards, than if you have a casual

support partner. A professional coach with a good track

record also has more expertise to offer. I recommend

you work with a coach who is also intuitive and holistic

so their support goes beyond just the “head” level and

has a spiritual perspective.

Disadvantage: There is an investment. And not every

success coach is right for you, or familiar with the

principles in this program. Some are not worth the

money because they essentially just ask you questions.

Tips: Many excellent coaches offer group coaching

nowadays to keep the cost down. Ask if you can get a

sample session, hear an audio, read about the coach,

have a mutual “Is this a fit?” interview (strategy

session) by phone at no cost. And trust your intuition

* A Master Mind Group (MMG)

Since the 1930s with the works of W. Clement Stone and

Napoleon Hill, people have benefitted from the highly

focused, high-‐powered energy of working in small

group with a common vision. Here is Hill’s definition:

“The Master Mind may be defined as ‘coordination of

knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between

two or more people for the attainment of a definite

purpose.’”

Mr. Hill further explains, in his 1937 seminal bookThink

and Grow Rich: “No two minds ever come together

without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible

force, which may be likened to a third mind. The human

mind is a form of energy…spiritual in nature. When the

minds of two people are coordinated in a spirit of

harmony, the spiritual units of energy of each mind

form an affinity, which constitutes the ‘psychic’ phase of

the Master Mind. …When two or more people

coordinate…and work toward a definite objective, they

place themselves in position, through that alliance, to

absorb power directly from the great universal

storehouse of Infinite Intelligence.”

You may have noticed the incredible energy

generated when you and another person, or several,

are all excited about something at the same time. There

is a vast synergistic direction of universal life force

energy, which you can then focus and harness at will,

for the highest good.

Mr. Hill continues: “This form of cooperative alliance

has been the basis of nearly every great fortune.”

In practice, your Master Mind Group consists of 3 to 6

people (including yourself), all of whom are highly

committed to doing this work and helping one another

prosper. You may also have a “mini” Master Mind

“buddy” Group within a larger one. This is what we do

in the Prosperous Goddess MMG.

What do you and your Master Mind Group do? You

show up. You are accountability partners for each other.

You also engage in networking, brainstorming,

sometimes even “barn-‐raising” -‐ getting down and dirty

and actually doing things to help each other. I’ve heard

of MMG members coming over to each other’s homes or

offices to clear out the clutter and organize things. I’ve

seen barter arrangements being set up. Fences painted.

Ads written. Places “Feng Shui’ed.” Websites designed.

Social networking blitzes.

Whatever you need help with, someone in your group

may be able to provide. And vice-‐versa. We don’t live in

a community-‐oriented culture. We don’t have villages

anymore. We all need this common direction of energy,

and comraderie.

Advantage: The great synergistic power and magic, as

described above. You can access incredible information

and inspiration this way and get practical help also. You

will be more likely to stay on track and may also make

great friends and business connections.

Disadvantage: Most peer MMGs fizzle out because of

lack of commitment or chemistry. It takes effort to

create your own MMG. Not everyone has the right

contacts or leadership skills to do so. A professional

group is best, however it may be difficult to find an

appropriate group. A pro group will have a tuition cost.

Tips: If you are willing to create your own MMG, Jack

Canfield suggests you make a list of 12 people whom

you know to pitch your MMG membership to. Qualities

to look for: Reliable, positive, shows up, a take-‐action-‐

high-‐energy-‐go-‐getter, an ideas person, someone who

inspires and leads others, has lots of connections and

resources, track record of success, someone who

balances your energy in some way. Do you want all the

same gender or a mixed group? Do you want people

who can meet locally in-‐person only, or would

conference calling or Internet meetings be ok?

Put them in order of preference or intuitive sense, who

you think would be best or more likely to say yes. Start

at the top and keep calling until you have 6 yeses. (It’s

good to have a few extra because all of them won’t pan

out!)

We all need cattle prods under our behinds to get in

gear and to keep moving! As John-‐Roger and Peter

McWilliams say, we need to get off our “but”s! Enough

inertia, excuses, and sliding down the slippery slope

back into our old ways.

I tell my clients “Do it! NME and NMW” which stand for

No More Excuses, No Matter What.

So your assignment right now, before you peek at

another page, is to line up support. Choose one or

more of the choices above and take some concrete

action today, such as researching or interviewing

coaches, reading herein about Re-‐Sources and

MMG invitee list, or inviting someone to be your buddy.

With your AP keeping you on track, not only will

“Me Time, Be Time”

While we just reminded you of how important it is to be in

“action” mode to actually engage yourself in applying the

practices you will learn herein, we also need to remind

you (or de-‐mind you) of how essential it is for you to take

time regularly to NOT do, time to just BE.

As Dr. Jon Kabat-‐Zinn, creator of Mindfulness-‐Based

Stress Reduction meditation practice now over 200

hospitals and medical clinics, asks, “Are you a human

being, or a human doing?” I had the pleasure of studying

with Dr. Zinn while I worked at Kaiser-‐Permanente as a

meditation teacher.

“How beautiful it is to do nothing, then rest afterward.”

-‐ Spanish Proverb

In your culture, you have all lost this wondrous ability to

just relax and let go, to simply watch rain trickle down

the window, or really “grok” a flower, drink a whole cup

of tea as a meditation, or just do absolutely nothing at all.

Your beingness is your time because your time is your

energy is your life. So if you already have many balls in

the air that are taking up a lot of your time, if you are

already feeling overwhelmed, we suggest you take a

moment now to reprioritize or deprioritize appropriately.

You can make excellent progress doing this program with

a minimum time investment of about 2 to 3 hours a week.

You need to set yourself up for success and make sure you

are not stealing time for this from basic needs like sleep,

exercise and meditation.

Look at where your time does go. Many of you waste an

inordinate amount of time in undefined, unproductive,

impulse and reaction-‐driven puttering, Internet surfing,

talking to people who drain your energy, watching

television or movies. We call this “mush” time.

Take a deep breath and dedicate time to this program.

You do have enough time, you have plenty of time to do

what is MOST important if you reduce or eliminate the

mush time.

We are not saying you need to eliminate time to relax,

recreate or just BE. In fact, you actually need more time

to just be. You can give this to yourself through

meditation or just “Me Time, Be Time.” All humans need

15 to 60 minutes a day of Me Time, Be Time. This is time

in which you are doing nothing that feels like work or

doing. Whatever you do, it feels like play, like joy, like

peace, like love.

This heals your body, clears and inspires your mind, opens

your heart to the higher emotions of love and happiness,

and connects your spirit in oneness to Spirit of All~God.

What do you DO in your BE time? It is not about doing.

You may choose to indulge in the luxury of just staring

out the window. Daydream. Stretch. Exercise. Singing.

Pray. Smile. Drink a cup of tea consciously and gratefully.

Do art. Write. Be in nature.

So, to recap, in this Exercise, we are asking you to:

A-‐Evaluate where your time really has been going.

Identify any “mush time” activities, people, places. Decide

how you can reduce or eliminate these time, energy and

soul drains.

Note from Sage: Working with one of my clients this

morning who gets to text me daily for accountability

support, I got to share some tips for how to not get

pulled off track by these activities such as (in her case

for example, and this is very common!): being on the

Internet.

I suggested to her and now to you: Do you Me Time, Be

Time and your A3/A3/P3 (prosperity passion purpose)

practices FIRST, then go on the Internet. OR Use an

alarm on your computer or cell phone to set a limit on

how much time you will do email, Facebook, surf, etc.,

and when the alarm goes off, walk away and change

gears. Right away. (OK, finish that one email, then that’s

IT.) The Internet can be very addicting and too much of

even a good thing is not so good. Balance is key, and you

have to make sure you get to what’s MOST important

which is your self-‐love, nurturing, spiritual time. OK,

back to the Alliance of Light…

B-‐Commit to and schedule a good amount of Me Time,

Be Time: Activity or non-‐activity that nourishes you on

all levels. Make a list of your Replenishers (you can also

call this your Menu of Self-‐Loving acts, Your Mood Lifters,

or Your Soul Soothers) and refer to your list daily. See

Sage’s Radical Self-‐Love Workbook/Guidebook if you’d

like more guidance on self-‐love and nurturing.

We recommend a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes a day for

this BEING with larger “chunks” (such as ½ a day or a

whole day or Sabbath) once a week and even larger

“chunks” (such as a re-‐treat weekend or week) monthly

or quarterly.

What you call a vacation needs to happen every day, just

for smaller periods of time daily, longer weekly, and even

longer every 1-‐3 months.

Your society’s idea that you should be workaholic

machines 40 to 60 hours a week, 50 weeks a year is

ridiculous and inherently unsustainable.

We need to set this record straight right at the beginning

of this program because you need to open yourself to the

Truth:

You will be more effective at work, you will have

happier, more harmonious relationships of all kinds,

you will be healthier and – yes! -‐ even wealthier if you

take better care of YOU first.

First meditate, then create.

Relate. And celebrate!

These make life worth living!

So the meaning of life is to meditate, create, relate and

celebrate. I love that. Thank you, guides! J

This is a beautiful ongoing cycle that creates a positive

spiral of vital life force energy from your spiritual

center. Far from being selfish, by being selfBLISS, you

are actually setting an excellent example for others in

your life and reshaping your entire society, raising the

vibration of your whole planet, when you love and

honor yourself as a sacred BEing rather than a human

DOing.

So I guess Shakespeare had it right when he said,

“To be or not to be?”

Indeed. That IS the question. That IS the choice because, if

you do not allow yourself to BE, you will cease to be. First

your heart and soul, then your body will simply fail to

function.

What brings you joy, sustains your life.

What brings you joy, lights your inner fire.

What brings you joy, heals your body.

What brings you joy, creates true wealth.

Breathe this in, beloved child of God.

C-‐Now that you have “realized” = seen through Real Eyes

how you need to allocate your time to just BE and

experience inner joy: Schedule a reasonable, “doable”

amount of time on a daily and weekly basis to move

through and implement this program.

Listen to your inner guidance. This may be part of your

Me Time, Be Time, or you can make it a separate block of

time.

We suggest that you commit your time to both your

self-‐love, self-‐care Me Time, Be Time and your A3/A3/P3

time either in the morning (before you get going on your

“to do” list, you need your “just be” time), and/or in the

evening before bed. These are called your Golden Hour

and Silver Hour, respectively. Although we understand

that for some of you this “hour” of respite and intention

may sometimes be 15 minutes.

Your Golden Hour and your Silver Hour are the most

important moments of the day because you have greater

access to your subconscious and the spiritual realm, and

they serve as the graceful transitions to and from the

Dreamtime and the World of Form.

You need a regular routine to develop this as a positive

habit. You may find it helpful to bring your course

materials such as this book, your Prosperity Journal,

your pen, in the car as you go about so you can find

extra minutes to devote when you have the chance (just

not while the car is moving -‐ with the exception of the

Happy Money! TM audio, designed for listening while

driving, exercising, etc.).

One of the wonderful benefits from doing this program

properly is that you will find that while you are building

your wealth from the inside out, you are also living

more consciously and joyfully.

Success Tip #5:

Honor Your Intuition, Yet Also Ask:

Who Is Doing the Talking?

Our last tip is to remember two important things. They

may seem paradoxical but they are both true. You need to

honor the inner wisdom of your deep intuitive nature,

always. That includes trusting your own inner guidance

as you do this program.

At the same time, however, you need to stay on track and

expect to stretch yourself. Anything worth enjoying in life

requires a bit of effort, and you are about to heal many

lifetimes worth of suffering and struggle in just a few

months (if you apply yourself but it will take longer if you

dilly dally!). Make an effort. Sometimes it will feel

uncomfortable and you may feel lazy, distracted,

doubtful, afraid, confused and so on. You may not “feel

like” doing the work. This is not your intuition or Highest

Self talking at all! You have all confused your lower heart

with your higher heart. This is just resistance, a form of

fear, trying to keep you stuck in your “as is” life.

Your life is not an “as is” property! You are designing your

life and reshaping it every moment, whether you are

aware of it or not.

The problem is you have been allowing unconscious

limiting beliefs, other people’s expectations, small

thinking, and negative energy to run the show. Now is

your chance to reclaim your power to create your life, to

chance to really THRIVE, PROSPER AND SHINE!

So, at the beginning we want to tell you to keep this in

mind if, later, some part of you tries to pull you off course:

“Oh, I’ll just do that later” or “I don’t have to do that part”

or “I don’t have time.”

If this happens, ask yourself:

What part of me is doing the talking?

Everything in the Universe and the YOUniverse is a form

of Love or Fear. Love will always guide you to be more, to

do more, to have more, in a healthy, balanced and joyous

way. Love feels soft and relaxed in your belly, open and

yesfull in your heart, free and bright in your spirit, and

positive and encouraging in your mind. Fear feels small,

dark, “protective,” solitary, and uses delay tactics.

Love kNOWs there is only NOW.

The Truth About Money: A Channeled Message from Archangel Michael

Via Sage Sage: God morning, Archangel Michael! I am so honored to get to be your voice today! Archangel Michael: God morning, Sage! We will have some fun. Abundance is a fun dance! Sage: Ah! Good one. Yes it is. So what is the plan for today? Anything you want to share with me now to help the channeling later? Or to help me in my human mind to grok it and soak it in and deliver it with oomph? J AAM: Ah, no worries, I always deliver with oomph! Ha! (The rest is AAMichael) Abundance is everything that supports you in the full expression and enjoyment of who you really are. Abundance facilitates all 3 aspects of contentment: pleasure, happiness and joy and is thus not limited to tangibles. Abundance does not depend upon a certain amount of money but rather a lifestyle that is sustainable, authentic, meaningful and healthy, and above all, full of love.

Money is not what you think it is, either. Money is energy. Money is the main way energy moves on your planet in exchange of goods and services, and as an act of love and support. There are other ways that energy moves and is EXCHANGED, such as through words, touch and the eyes. The key word is exchanged. There are many, many, many metaphysical nuances to be learned, unlearned or relearned about money, which is why I created the 40-‐day course and others. Just to prime the pump and give you something to play with…. Pray with… and stay with right away… Stop whatever else it is you were just doing… and really lean in, listen in, open up, tune in, open your crown, your heart, your eyes (all 3 of them)… Open your funnel at the top of your head… Open the eyes in your hands… Open your whole magnificent self and SOAK THIS IN. If you had a wonderful friend who was trying to help you, for years, this person patiently, kindly tried to provide you with what you wanted, for decades, this person lovingly

kept showing up everytime you invited him or her to one of your parties, everytime you needed a ride to the airport or someone to help move your furniture or watch your kids… Every single time, this friend was there for you. Would you say this person was a major PROBLEM in your life??? Of course not. You would probably call them a saint. You would consider yourself incredibly blessed to have a friend like this in your life, am I right? Yet this is exactly how most of you treat money! When people ask you, what is a source of stress in your life, in fact Sage has that as a question on her intake form for when she works with clients 1:1, you would be surprised how many people say money is a source of stress. Money is not the problem. Money is part of the SOULution! They sure got it wrong in the so-‐called Bible when somebody claimed somebody said Money is the root of all evil. Money is not evil. Greed is evil. Corruption is evil.

Selfishness is evil. Fear underlies all evil, everytime, everywhere. LACK of money is often the problem. And you know what an even bigger problem is? Scarcity thinking! Fear-‐based pseudo living. Insufficient self-‐love. Insufficient gratitude. Unconsciousness. Those are the problem. Not money. So stop blaming money. Money is one of the best friends you could EVER have. If you have had a roof over your head and food in your belly every day of your life, that is most likely because someone earned money, someone received money, someone paid EXCHANGED money for that food. Even if you grow your own vegetables and raise your own animals, you probably needed money to buy the seeds or plants, to buy the fertilizer, and animal feed, and pay the vet bills, and what about the opportunity to work the land? What about the cost of the land and the house?

Chief Seattle said you cannot own the land, and he is right. The land is your Mother. The land is your foundation. The land is your home. All of you, every single one of you has the right to have a piece of earth and a peace p e a c e of Earth where you can live in harmony, where you can watch the changing seasons and feel the rain on your face and hold your hands up to the Sun and dance in the moonlight. Many of you think oh, money is wrong, money is all about the bankers and the oil companies and the pharmaceutical companies and corrupt politicians and churches and it is imperialistic and capitalistic and a lot of other “-‐istics.” You look at indigenous cultures and you think, why can’t we just barter? Why can’t we have a cashless society where people work together and raise the food and the barns and the children and live in harmony? We don’t actually need money, do we? Many of you are so uncomfortable with money because of your parents and grandparents and great great great grandparents attitudes and beliefs about money. Arguments around the kitchen table over the bills. Favoritism of a certain child. Sexism over who controlled the purse strings.

A sense of the pie is too small and we cannot divide this up so there is enough. There is never enough. Or some of you feel that there is enough. But you have been doing the Miracle of the Month Club as Sage calls it, just barely making it, praying for a miracle to pay your mortgage or rent or medical costs, living with a tremendous amount of stress, just surviving but not thriving. And others of you have money, you may even have more than “enough,” but you are so busy working at something you don’t love, so busy running around and taking care of everything and everyone outside of you, so disconnected from your Source and your own creative JOY, that you are not even enjoying the money! You see money and time as interchangeable. You have times in life when you have money but not the time to enjoy it and times when you have fewer pressures on your schedule but then you stress about the lack of money. You are never satisfied with wherever you are at. Right. Now.

Light. Now. (pause) A life of true abundance means you are in the FLOW. A life of true abundance means you love your life and you live your love. A life of true abundance means you connect with kindred spirits on a daily basis, people, animals, rocks, trees, spirit guides, you feel CONNECTED. You don’t get all emotionally entangled in pleasing others and this actually enables, enlightens and empowers you TO serve others in a more real and satisfying way.

You are no longer concerned about what others think or say or what “They” want you to be or do or have. As I told Sage a few years ago, there are only 2 things you EVER need to do:

1. Show up.

2. Get out of the way.

And when I say get out of the way, I mean get your ego, your small self, your false fears, the confusion delusion illusion, the B.S. (Beliefs to Shift) out of the way so your NEW, TRUE SELF can shine! And really, those are like the chicken and the egg. Do you have to get the ego out of the way first so you can show up and really succeed? Or do you have to show up and start moving some positive energy, focus on what you really desire, so you have more strength and courage and energy with which to bravely, boldly and beYOUtifully say “No” so you can say “YES!”... Step out of the way and into The Way.

Get out of it so you can get into it! Go out of your mind so you can live from your heart.

Chapter 4

The Five Spiritual Laws of Abundance & Manifestation

THE ZEROTH LAW: The Law of Allowing

This law precedes and infuses all the other laws, which

you can also think of as steps or levels. Until you have

sufficient ALLOWING in place, you cannot succeed with

any of the other steps because this is the prerequisite,

the foundation for all other growth.

The Law of Allowing refers to your ability to receive

based on the level of SELF-‐LOVE, WORTH,

DESERVINGNESS that you have, not just consciously but

deep within. This is the stage of readiness and means

you are giving yourself permission to really ask for what

you truly desire because you know you deserve it.

At this stage, the dominant shift is from hopelessness to

hope.

The ideal modalities and acts to help you succeed with

and evolve beyond this level include emotional (heart)

and soul (energy) HEALING such as regression,

Heartlight Meditation, heart breaths, loving self-‐touch,

movement, soul retrieval, Reiki, deep self-‐love such as

the Radical Self-‐Love Workbook, and individual healing

sessions with me or another healer who specializes in

self-‐love, prayer and meditation.

THE FIRST LAW: The Law of Aligning

This law shows us that we need to clearly DEFINE our

desires and be willing to ASK. CLARIFYING, DREAMING

BIGGER, understanding your soul’s purpose and heart’s

longing, building your vision both with details and

energy (juice!) and maintaining FOCUS on both the little

and big pictures all govern successful application of this

law.

The 1st law is all about GETTING CLEAR.

Now you have enough of the self-‐love in place to really

allow yourself to ask for ALL of what you want. You are

IMAGINING what life could be like if you were

expressing your authentic self. You are aligning your

dream with the passion of your desire and the power of

your soul.

At this level, the dominant shift is from hope to belief

and all the way to knowingness. Your belief in your

vision becomes rock-‐solid and you absolutely KNOW it’s

just a matter of time before you manifest your

intentions into physical reality.

The best healing methods for this stage are

hypnosis/hypnotherapy (including self-‐hypnosis and

audios), visioning, affirmations (declared with juice and

power!), energywork to align your chakras, balance

your energies, and open your third eye and inner ear,

meditation, prayer, Emotional-‐Mental Clearing

Technique, spiritual clearing to remove dark energies or

other blockages in your aura, and daily immersion in

visualizing your desires as fully manifest such as

through Vision Board and/or Vision Statement.

THE SECOND LAW: The Law of Action

If the 1st law was about getting clear, this law is about

GETTING IN GEAR! (and staying in gear)

Now that you are able to allow and ask, now that you

are aligning Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit with your

dream life and intentions, this is the time to

PRIORITIZE, STRATEGIZE, and allocate RESOURCES

such as your time, money, space, energy and effort so

you take concrete steps to MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Delegation is also crucial.

You keep moving steadily toward your goal as you allow

it to also move toward you (the active and passive

aspects of allowing and acting). At this level, the shift is

from seeing/knowing within to creating in your outer

reality.

At this stage of your manifestation process, you need to

line up SUPPORT by sharing your vision selectively with

others who resonate with it and embrace it,

energetically as well as physically. Of course, family

members, spouse, close friends, business partners or

colleagues may be appropriate support people (or they

may not, you need to really pay attention to this).

Ideally, though, even if you have some support from

your social network, you will absolutely succeed more

quickly and stay in action more consistently if you

connect with either a COACH or a MASTER MIND

GROUP – or both. The benefits you receive of

accountability, perspective, collective resources, and

synergy are immense and will pay for themselves many

times over.

The most common mistake people make when they get

to this stage, even assuming they have done enough of

the inner work on themselves from the Zeroth and 1st

Law, is to fail to garner ample support.

You need to align with other like-‐minded, like-‐spirited

people. Some of them may be peers with a common

focus, some could be potential customers or clients,

some could be experts in this particular area. They must

be 100% supportive and have wisdom, energy and

ideas to contribute, and above all, they must hold you

accountable so you do what you say you are going to do,

when you say you’ll do it. They need to be your

cheerleaders, friends, teachers and mentors.

The keys to this stage are to RECOGNIZE it when it

moment it’s not here, the next it is. But you do need to

have your intuitive development open enough so you

THE FOURTH LAW:

The Law of Cocreative Expansion

Here it is! You can touch it, see it, hear it, taste it, smell

it, embrace it. People don’t usually think beyond the

Attraction. It’s here. Isn’t that enough? Can’t I just float

along now and everything is just “happily ever after”?

Actually, no. You need to NURTURE IT (whether “it” is a

relationship, a career, health, home, etc.) You want to

make sure your beautiful blessing is maintained in a

way that is sustainable, mutual and satisfying, so it

continues to grow with you and you with it. Take it to

the next level, and the next...

This transition is all about connection, communication

and cocreativity so you continue to grow and learn.

Picture ever-‐widening circles...

You also need to give yourself permission to ENJOY it!

It’s amazing how many people self-‐ sabotage and ruin

things when the very thing they were asking for and

working toward is finally here. So, yes, be PRESENT and

cherish each moment.

And you need to continue to GIVE THANKS and never

take it for granted.

At this level, it’s also important to RE-‐EVALUATE your

new needs, and desires and cycle through all the laws so

you take appropriate next steps. When one goal is

fulfilled, this will always inspire new goals so we are

always simultaneously in various stages, applying the

Laws to various goals, which all interweave to create

the tapestry of our lives.

Finally, now that your amazing treasure is here, you feel

an intense passion deep within. You are fired up with a

desire to HELP OTHERS. Find ways to “pay it forward,”

to inspire or mentor someone else in your life to help

them succeed. You may feel called to write about your

journey, to teach or simply to take someone else under

the wing and help them, too, because the spark of love

and Spirit is glowing stronger in you now than ever.

Your soul cries out and you have to share and serve, to

share this spark like ripples of positive transformation

because your blessing is a blessing for all beings!

Choose 3 of your most important life goals, big

intentions for what you want to improve in your life,

such as “manifest my divine right mate,” or “buy my

dream home and land.”

For each goal, honestly assess for yourself, which

Law/Stage are you at right now? What can you do,

either with or without support, to move out of that

stage and onto the next level? Make a plan of action and

begin to implement it, with the support of your

accountability partners.

You will notice that for different goals and desires that

you wish to manifest, you are at different stages of these

laws. They are a cycle. Having a deeper understanding

of how the laws work as well as processes for helping

you navigate them gracefully and graduate to the next

level will hugely accelerate your success!

Chapter 5

Intuitive Journaling and the

7 Essential Soul Questions

Many of us discovered journaling when we were

tweens or teens and used it mostly to bitch and whine,

worry and wonder "Will Tommy (or Tammy) EVER like

me?" and "Why don't my parents EVER understand

me!!!" kind of thing. I've heard this called "vomiting on

the page" and I think this is a somewhat accurate if

graphic metaphor!

This journaling does serve a purpose of giving you

a safe place to process things. But if that is all you ever

do with your journaling, just as if all you ever do in

therapy is talk talk talk, you are not going to get out of

your loop and create something NEW in your life. It

keeps you stuck and attached energetically to your old

patterns, feelings and beliefs.

So, what to do? During this course, and for those of

you who continue onward with the Prosperity, Passion,

Purpose coaching, I'm going to help you take your

journaling to a more mature, spiritual and positive,

empowering level. Here's how:

There are 4 purposes for journaling, 4 ways to

journal:

1) Page Dump/Processing. As mentioned above,

venting, processing, whining (“why”ning!), worrying.

We may need to do this from time to time. However it’s

best if a lot of that does NOT go in your Prosperity

Journal, but in an "everyday" journal, if you have one.

The more positive forms of journaling that most of you

need to develop are these 3, which we will call SPIRITUAL

JOURNALING:

2) Intuitive Journaling. Turning your pen over to

Spirit/Source. Having a conversation with God/The

Universe on the written page. (You can also

converse with parts of yourself in this manner,

your child self, your future self, Highest Self,

creative self, male/female self, etc.) It does not

matter if you feel that the source of Truth is inside

of you or outside of you. Both are true.

Oh, you may need to vent a bit first, just to express

yourself, then switch gears (and maybe even journals

if you feel like it) and write a letter to God/dess, to

your angels, your totems, ancestors, whoever you are

guided to call upon in that moment. These are all just

forms/subsets of the ONE source of all truth and love.

With practice, you will get better at this divine

dictation.

You really do have a direct line, 24/7 and intuitive

journaling is a great way to build your relationship with

Spirit, to Hear and heed, to See and understand more

consistently and clearly.

There is a great book about this called Writing Down

Your Soul by Janet Conner. I do recommend it.

3) Gratitude Journaling. Writing what you are thankful

for. This really does keep the flow of blessings more

open, and helps you attract, allow, appreciate and

ENJOY the treasures and pleasures of life. Many people

love to do this each night to savor the day and go to

sleep with a peaceful, great-‐full heart!

4) Intention Setting/Visioning. Using words to describe

what you WANT but doing so as if it's already real.

I saw a sign at a Renaissance Fair booth that said:

WISH = WHAT IS STATED HAPPENS.

This is your Law of Attraction work. Affirmations go

here. Also your mission statement, vision statement, we

will get more into this later but for those of you already

creating this kind of thing -‐ or ready to do so – your

vision or mission statement needs to be JUICY. It needs

to evoke your joy! Inspire your YES! Describe your ideal

life in present tense with power and gratitude (there's

that G word again! And did you know that GOD =

Gratitude Opening Doors? It’s true.)

There is a 5th positive purpose that evolves from

journaling -‐ but I am not listing it separately because it

is best arrived at through one of the above positive

journaling methods, usually intuitive journaling OR the

visioning. (Yes, those two are interconnected because as

you ask Spirit to guide you, you will begin to perceive

images, thoughts and feelings that relate to your best

life, the life you are here to create.)

And this 5th positive thing that can naturally

unfold as you do more spiritual journaling is DEFINING

YOUR ACTION STEPS. This is more than just list making

and goal setting, but those are part of it. Rather than just

your head, you plan via guidance from a HIGHER

SOURCE, that is both inner and outer.

Align and define, so you act and attract.

Now that you have a much fuller journaling

toolbox, you will greatly benefit from expanding or

developing a daily practice journaling. This will help

you at every stage, from initiation to inspiration,

intention to implementation.

Journaling, including spiritual journaling, is one of

the best ways we know of to become a more powerful

manifester of your dream life. Throughout this program,

we will provide more specific suggestions for journaling

methods, beginning with the 6 Essential Soul Questions

below, but do give yourself permission to explore these

would like to clear up right now. (Laughter, actually you

have more than one! But let’s stick to one at a time.)

You are confusing pleasure with happiness with joy.

These are three totally different conditions and they are

found or created very differently. You cannot buy eggs at

a shoestore. So allow us to assist you with this.

There are many outer activities that can bring you

pleasure and social engagement and temporary

happiness. Pleasure derives from temporary physically

pleasant observation through your five senses: sight,

sound, taste, touch and smell.

This includes food, sex, music, flowers, sleep, art and

much that is beautiful and good for your body as well as

your soul.

The definition is that you experience pleasure

through the portal of the flesh in some way. Pleasure

relates to the lower two chakras, the root and the

sacral/sexual chakra.

Such pleasures are all good so long as they bring

harm to none, you engage in these fun activities with

resources you have available, e.g. you are not spending

money you need for other things on frivolous shopping or

drinking alcohol, etc.

And you are not focusing on pleasure to excess

(hedonism, although women do it, too, shedonism)… Look

what happened to the Roman Empire!

Some people need to absolutely refrain from certain

pleasurable activities because they cannot indulge in

them in moderation or in a healthy manner. You need to

decide that for yourself and ideally will learn to tune in to

your body so you can adjust this on a moment-‐by-‐moment

basis.

One way to do this is to ask yourself when choosing

what to do with your body:

Is this choice for my highest good?

Can I do this and remain healthy, happy and

balanced?

So if pleasure is a sensory-‐based yummy tingle, glow

or zing, what is happiness? Happiness results from

something external also, but it has a higher, deeper

quality because it is in the context of relationship and

love or what you would call accomplishment or personal

power. Success.

For example, you feel happiness when someone you

are attracted to shares your interest, when you get a

good approval at work or sales are good, when you

graduate, rise in love (it is a higher not lower state!), get

married or buy your first house.

There is a sense of “I am doing well, people like me, I

am being seen and recognized.” Happiness is based in

your 3rd (power center) and 4th (heart/emotional center)

chakras.

Like pleasure, happiness stems from your inward

interpretation of something that is externally centered.

While pleasure is based in the physical body,

happiness is mostly based in the emotions or heart, the

emotional body.

Also like pleasure, happiness cannot last because

everything changes.

If you live your life limited to these two levels,

pleasure and happiness, the lower 4 chakras, you end up

riding a rollercoaster, always reacting to what is

happening outside, what your circumstances reflect at

the moment.

So many of you spend decades or entire lifetimes

chasing pleasure and happiness when what you really

need is joy. This is why, at midlife, it is common for people

to look around at the physical trappings of an allegedly

successful life, and wonder: Why don’t I feel wonderful

yet?

Like your joke about the kids in the car always

asking: Are we there yet?

You cannot tell that you are already there, right

here. Life itself is the destination. Love is the road.

The thrill of buying that new car, of getting that

raise, of the face lift or boob bounce or whatever you call

such ridiculous things, wears off quickly, yes? The glow of

an enjoyable family gathering, the satisfaction of doing a

good deed and making a difference, the sense of “Ah, I did

it and this is great!” when you create something

meaningful, these are more satisfying, more real. Yet

these, too, wear off over time.

Only joy is ever-‐present. Only joy abides and

abounds, everywhere, no matter what.

You do not need to leave the desire-‐based pleasure

and happiness-‐seeking parts of yourself behind entirely as

you ascend and come into greater communion with your

spiritual nature. Some religions or teachers tell you to do

that, which is essentially telling you it is wrong to have a

body, wrong to want to be seen or valued or loved.

You are in human form for a reason, and it is totally

natural to have physical desires, to enjoy chocolate and

orgasms and your feet in the ocean.

It is totally natural to smile and feel gleeful when

you are being handed a certificate or someone says “I love

you” or “I’m proud of you.”

But when we talk about “JOY,” we are referring to

something even deeper, more eternal, and more internal.

Joy is the nectar of the Spirit.

The joy we refer to is the inner bliss of an awakened

being and an open heart.

Through your connection to Source, your oneness

with God and Nature and All That Is, you rediscover who

you truly are. And in this state of oneness, there is no need

for outer activity or validation of any kind.

You access and cultivate this inner joy by simply being.

Joy arises in the heart and ascends and transcends

through the crown chakra to heaven, bringing us to the

awareness that we are already in heaven, right here,

right now. (Thus it relates to chakras 4 through 8, the

chakra above your 7th chakra that is in the center of

heaven, total oneness with God, thus the infinity symbol

being #8.)

Joy arises instantly; joy sings your soul’s song all

along and the moment you remember WHO YOU ARE.

Joy is the fullest experience of the Godself. You are all

born in joy, then there is a long dark night of the soul

during which time you keep looking for it in the wrong

places, namely outside of you. Joy is love. Joy is God. Joy is

now. Joy is you. Joy is.

There is nothing you need to do, nowhere you need

to go, no one you need to find, no accomplishment or

material belonging that can help you find it. Because it

has never left you.

Joy is the ecstasy of your true being.

How do you experience this joy, this truth, this love?

The word meditation comes closest in the language this is

being written in, but it is not grand enough because most

of you have a concept of meditation that is too limited. In

India they call it Nirvana. You think you have to “do

meditation” a certain way, that you have to have your

eyes closed, have to listen to music or chant or follow a

teacher or guru or go to a class or do yoga. And most of

you think you stink at it!

Those meditation methods are all fine if they help

you experience what is already, all ready, always, all ways

inside of you. It does not matter if your eyes are open or

closed, if you are moving or still, if you are alone or with

others, if you are indoors or out, or what time of day it is

or what the planets are doing. Do whatever helps you

come home to this perfect moment, the greatest gift of the

present. Do whatever helps you NOT do.

The truth is, life is an ongoing meditation.

And joy is who you ARE.

GRATITUDE Is the Attitude of Plentitude! Do you know what gratitude stands for? GREAT + ATTITUDE = GRATITUDE! The best way to keep the faucet of blessings in your life open and flowing is to give abundant, heartfelt thanks for all the blessings you already have. Plus, it's just good manners to give thanks for any gift, and Spirit has given you so much! AA Michael and I would even go so far as to say: Gratitude = GODitude!

Three Gratitude Exercises 1. The 10 Breaths of Gratitude Take 10 breaths consciously focusing on gratitude with each breath. You can simply think the word or concept of "gratitude" or "Thank you." Or you can think of a different thing to be thankful for with each breath. Do this practice regularly. It can be fit into your day easily, when driving in traffic, when in line, when on hold, etc. If you don't have time for 10 breaths, take 5, or 3 ... 2. My feet thank the Earth Buddhist monk and spiritual teacher Thich Nhat Hanh invites us to give thanks upon awakening as the feet first touch the Earth. Thank the Earth for supporting you this day. Let each step you take be a gift to the Earth, massaging your home with love, even as with each step the Earth caresses and blesses

you. This is also a Native American practice. You may also bend to touch the Earth or kiss the Earth. You may also reach upward to thank the Sky for the air you breathe. 3. Nightly Gratitude In this exercise, every night you say aloud (or silently or whispering) a prayer of thanks. Just before you fall asleep, picture in your mind all the things you have to be grateful for. Instead of counting sheep, you are counting blessings! Here are some categories you may include. So many blessings abound! Things to Be Grateful for: anything special that happened today anything ordinary that happened today! life! health happiness wisdom laughter prosperity all your material stuff a roof over your head all the nice things about your home freedom

every one of your senses: sight, sound, taste, touch, smell, extrasensory, and - the most important sense of all! - sense of humor! your family your friends your pets flowers trees food music anything else you enjoy LOVE! I like to end my prayer with: "And thank you for everything else I am forgetting to thank you for!" (Hey, it doesn't hurt to be abundantly appreciative, right? Right!) During your day, you will find yourself making a mental list of things to give thanks for that night. You will notice that your appreciation and awareness of life's joys will increase tenfold. Two things are happening (and they may be the same): 1) You are more aware of the blessings already around you.

may also gift to them in return with an offering such as cornmeal, tobacco, sage, love from your heart, a kiss... 6. Give thanks to and with a partner, friend, or group.

directions. 9. Kiss the ground. Blow kisses to the sky. Bow to everything. As Neal Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God, says, the correct prayer is one of gratitude. This serves you in at least two ways: 1) It helps you see and appreciate the blessings already filling your life. Your cup is not half empty. It's not even just half full. It's 90% full right now.

ON GRATITUDE An Alliance of Light Channeling via Sage How often do you hear those words yet sometimes think “What do I have to be thankful for? I have SO many problems!” You are going through an accelerated time on your planet right now. Actually there are many planets experiencing this as this phenomenon is not limited to just Earth; it is an intergalactic wave of particle acceleration due to the manner in which time, space and other dimensions for which you do not yet have sufficient names are colliding, collapsing and preparing to expand again. This will not be as dramatic as The Big Bang as you call it, which seeded your Universe and set what you call matter into motion. However, it will be the most dramatic shift that life forms on your planet have experienced since the Dinosaur Age ended.

So why are we saying all this when the focus is on gratitude? It all comes down to one or two very simple concepts which you already intellectually KNOW yet you do not yet full OWN NOW. Notice how the letters in OWN and NOW are built right into know. You need to go from a cocky, head-based “I know that already” knowingness to an intrinsic, extrinsic, implicit, elicit NOWingness. You need to live it. You need to love it. You need to see it. You need to BE it. Ah. So what exactly is this “it” to which we refer? There are many words for this It. Some call It Love. Some, Beauty. Some call it Joy. Some, God. Some call it Healing. Some, Laughter. Some call it Peace. Some, Harmony. Some call it Oneness. Others, Miracles. Some call it Mystery. Others, Mastery. What you call It doesn’t matter.

For this purpose in this moment, we shall call it The Ineffable. It can be called the All, the Call, The Great Beyond, The Noosphere, The Collective Consciousness, the Source, the Force. A horse is a horse, of course, of course! A rose by any other name would smell like a rose, not a horse. And that is something to be grateful for, yes?! Yes! (That was Archangel Michael piping in to keep it Light!) So what is our point here? Two points:

1. 1) The way to live it, love it, see it and BE it is to be

here now. Be. Hear! Now.

2. 2) There is ALWAYS something to be thankful for.

Always. When you are little children, you are taught to: “Look both ways before crossing the street,” remember that? This is a good metaphor because, as long as you are in human form, you always have a capacity to see “both

ways.” You can see through what Sage and we call your “lower heart” and/or you can see through your “higher heart.” When you see through your lower heart, you are following your e-motions and there will be a constant jostling and jousting. Who’s on top. Who’s on first. What’s on second. Seriously, your lower heart, your lower emotional center, is like a roller coaster. One moment, (you feel like) you’re on top of the world, the next moment, everything sucks and (you feel like) you’re in an abyss of despair and hopelessness. The only thing constant about this world view is that it is constantly changing. The important thing to understand about this sight is that it is reactive. The lower emotional center looks outside of your true self and sees, “Hmm, my ego likes this. This makes me feel good or it may in the future bring something good my way so I feel happy about this. This makes me happy.”

This pseudohappiness is elusive. It can never last because in the next second or hour or day, something else will “happen” out there or “to” you which the EGO (Emotional Gratification Outcome device) says, “Ewwwww, bad news! This is not what I was hoping for. I do not like this so this makes me unhappy, upset, mad, afraid, sad...” Do you see the black-or-white thinking here? It’s like your EGO has 2 modes. I like. I do not like. Click here. The truth is that everything, EVERYTHING has a blessing in it. Sometimes the very things you consider the worst news (outcome) can be the very BEST thing that can happen. The truth, too, is that you are choosing and creating EVERYTHING. You either do this consciously or unconsciously.

So if there are things in your life that it is hard for you to be thankful for, say illness or bills you cannot afford to pay or a difficult relationship, you need to remember and RealEyes that THIS, TOO, HAS A GIFT FOR ME. The times that are tough always teach you to clarify what you really, really, REALLY want. What you desire. What you deserve. And sometimes you can only know what you want by first getting very clear about what you do not want. So give thanks for the gift of clarity. So we guarantee that that lesson, that silver lining, that lemonade is in there. The other gift that is always, always in there, even in the most difficult situations for you, is that you are becoming stronger. The steel is tempered by fire. The old “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.” Ask yourself, what resource did this bring forth in me? (or is it bringing forth in me, for a current challenge)

We guarantee that, as long as you are looking consciously and reflecting so you can learn the lesson, there is always a gift of strength. There are many other lessons and gifts: That old lesson of patience and persistence. The gift of faith. The ability to ask for help and receive. The capacity to set limits. To create balance. To forgive and let go. To love unconditionally. To rebirth yourself and begin again. My goodness. My Godness! You may say. Look at all those gifts. We know it is EASY to say thank you for certain gifts your Creator and your Self have been gifting to you. Maybe in this moment you find it easy to say thank you for your home, or your family, for your nice, reliable car, for food,

for friends. Maybe you can feel a deep rumbling gratitude in your heart to give thanks for life itself. For love. Or for the ultimate MetaMegaGratitude: Give thanks for the ability to give thanks! We know that there are some experiences, people, placees, things, that you just plain ol’ see more as a struggle or curse than a blessing or gift. We want you to find the ribbons and untie the gift that you have not been seeing. So take a moment right now to give thanks. Really. Truly. Fully. Give thanks for whatever is easy to give thanks for. Pour out your praise like freeflowing wine. When the wine begins to slow down and you feel a whine coming in to take its place (!), that is when the deeper digging and the greater healing takes place. Touch your

grief. Say hello to your rage. Embrace your lost self. Dance your forgiveness. Talk to the highest self of anyone you need to let go of or forgive. Forgive yourself. Forgive God. And you will find, yes, you will find, that there is another level of truth and healing and love beneath even the forgiveness level and that is where true gratitude lies. You can love what is. Chapter 8: You Deserve True Prosperity:

Self-‐Love Is the First Key

In just a moment you will hear from Archangel

Michael and the guides directly but first I want to

explain the paradigm we will be using.

Michael explained to me that in order to vastly

improve our lives, we need to think in terms of portals.

A portal is a gateway, like a door or tunnel from where

you are now to where you want to be. From your

current life to your ideal life of total success, health,

wealth, and happiness.

We need to imagine a Golden Portal filled with

divine light. On the other side of the portal is our very

best life, the life we are destined to live.

We can use this concept of portals many ways

throughout the day as follows:

1-‐Picture that every door you go through is a Golden

Portal. Charge it with divine light by seeing and feeling

the golden light from Heaven and from the Earth

flowing into the doorway, imbuing it and everything

and everyone who goes through it with miraculous

healing and blessings.

2-‐Make a manifesting portal in your home.

I recommend you use the front door for this but it could

also be a door to a particular room. Using your right

index finger, make a clockwise circle by pointing your

finger at the door and imagining golden light coming

from Source into you and out your finger to rim the

door with gold. Do this three times and declare “This is

a Golden Portal of divine light. All who go through this

doorway are forever blessed. And I know it is so. And so

it is!” You can also say thank you, Amen, Awomen,

Blessed Be, Ho, or whatever you like to say at the end of

a prayer.

3-‐Use naturally occurring portals and charge them as

Golden Portals. This could include rocks or trees that

overhang.

The symbology of the portal is based in the power

of the circle representing the eternal cycle, the seasons,

the Medicine Wheel, the womb, the beginning. All things

have a circular or round nature if you examine them

closely enough. This is especially true for images or

objects that are beautiful and sacred such as flowers,

mandalas, dances, and so on.

We can learn to focus our intention and will on

sacred symbols and forms, in this case the circle, to

serve as portals literally into the Universe (or

YOUniverse because YOU are creating it!) that we desire

to be in.

Once you have created the portal, you need to use

the right tools and create your inner shift so you can go

through your portal successfully and joyously. And of

course, we are never done birthing ourselves and

recreating our lives, so we are never done defining and

going through portals, either!

Your Golden Portal has 3 keys that you need to use

To be an effective manifester of your dream life:

The first key, which is the essential foundation, is

UNCONDITIONAL, DEEP SELF-‐LOVE.

The capacity to really believe and know, with all

parts of your being, that you DESERVE all the pleasures

and treasures, all the love, money and joy you desire. No

matter what. Simply because you are good and worthy

just as you are.

Self-‐love is everyone’s core issue. Author and

inspirational speaker Louise Hay has said that no

matter what anyone comes to her to work on, whether

career, relationships, health or whatever their issue

may be, where they have to go together in the healing

work is always, always to greater self-‐love. And I fully

agree, having seen this in every client and student in my

18 years practicing as a healer, counselor and teacher.

Your self-‐love reflects and defines your ability to

attract, receive, keep and enjoy all the good stuff! You

may find you have a track record for being able to

attract but then the love or money just goes right out

again. Or you are able to keep it for a while but you

cannot “allow yourself” to enjoy it because you’re afraid

it won’t last or feel guilty about it. These ALL indicate

the need to enhance your self-‐love.

And we are never “done” with our self-‐love. You will

never wake up and say “Oh, good, I don’t have to focus

on self-‐love anymore.” It is an ongoing challenge and

opportunity, the most important work of our lives.

You choose by declaring to anything that does not feel

GOD to you:

You need to fully comprehend that the words “I AM” are

God’s name, God’s expression of the Godself. They are the

most powerful words in your language. In any language.

Everything you attach to “I AM” – which always needs to

be stated and written with full loving awareness –

becomes what you experience.

To loneliness, you declare: I AM fulfilled.

I AM always loved.

To fear, you declare: I AM always taken care of.

I AM empowered to create my new, true reality.

To poverty and lack, you declare:

I AM abundantly prosperous.

I AM grateful for all that is good in my life.

To doubt and negative self-‐talk, you declare:

I AM deserving and good.

I AM worthy of every pleasure and treasure in life.

To stress and worry, you declare:

I AM remembering that everything turns out all right.

I AM honoring all my life experiences.

I AM choosing to be peaceful, no matter what.

The power to choose lies with you right now.

It is true that we bring to you the right teachers and

teachings, the right tools and techniques that empower

you to empower yourself, at the right time. However, the

most important highest truth is that you do not actually

need anything or anyone outside of yourself to tell you the

truth of Who You Really Are.

Anything “outside” of you has value for you if it resonates

with and amplifies what is already “inside” of you. This is

another way of stating the Highest Truth that there is

really no separation, no boundary between you and not-‐

you, between inside and outside.

When you are looking and listening and living from your

higher heart’s wisdom, you will see and hear reflected

back to you your own truths. The very truths, the very

choices, the very feelings, the very experiences YOU are

aligned with in this moment.

And because there is a time lag on Earth between focus

and form, between your intention and the manifestation

of your desire physically, it will seem to you like it is

taking “time” for your desire to “show up.”

The truth is, when it is already real within you, when 51%

or more of you is consistently vibrating AS IF “it” is

already here, when you are feeling that joy, that

gratitude, that peace, that love, that freedom that you

“will” have when “it” arrives, your desire will absolutely

magnetically manifest physically.

Thought begets feeling begets action begets form.

You are benefitting from reading and hearing these

words, not because of the words or even the messages, but

because of the vibrational realignment they cause.

What we are doing with these channelings, worldwide,

both written and aloud, is helping you awaken from a

deep slumber. Helping you remove the veil and the

blindfold. Helping you, as Michaelangelo said of his

sculpting, “remove the unnecessary bits” so the true

beauty – of you and of your world -‐ already within you,

already around you, already WHO YOU ARE, can shine

forth.

Helping you love who you are so you can love what is in

your life.

We are not adding to your pail.

We are helping you see how full it already is.

Everything comes from inside.

Stop looking for the love outside. It is inside.

Stop looking for the money outside. It is inside.

the more good luck and fortune and blessings you attract

Thus, the Law of Deserving, also known as the Law of

Self-‐Love, comes first, before the Law of Attraction, or the

Law of Action.

The Law of Self-‐Love is the ultimate law of alignment.

Until you have abundant self-‐love and self-‐worth in place,

deep within you, regardless of what others think or say or

do, regardless of how much money or sex or approval you

have, none of your efforts to create and attract and

manifest will amount to much because it will not feel

satisfying.

You will sabotage your own success until you are LINED

UP with it.

you feel an “Of course I deserve that!” and absolutely

KNOW IT IS YOUR TRUTH.

When you are vibrationally aligned with the Highest

appreciating more of what you have and being all of who

you are.

This is Archangel Michael, and today I AM here to talk to

you about love.

Not romantic, gooey, puppy-‐dog eyed sexual love.

Not the protective, tender love you feel for your child.

Not the agape love you feel for all of humanity.

Not the warm, glowing love you feel for a long-‐term

friend, who’s been there for you through thick and thin.

Not even the higher love two sacred partners cocreate, in

passion and compassion, as they light the world.

I’m talking about the most important love of them all:

The one love that makes all the other forms of love

secondary icing on the cake.

I’m talking about the cake, the butter, the batter, the

better part of YOU.

I’m talking about SELF-‐LOVE.

Now here’s the thing.

You think you love yourself.

I know you do.

And sometimes you really do love yourself.

I know you do.

But you don’t love yourself ENOUGH.

I know you don’t.

When’s the last time you took a whole DAY OFF just to do

nothing?

Whatever your definition of “doing nothing” is, maybe

lying in bed, reading, napping, watching fun movies,

journaling, or just watching the rain trickle down the

window pane?

Uh-‐huh, thought so.

And when’s the last time you thanked, really thanked

every part of your body, every pat of your body imbued

with and radiating an infinite gratitude and

appreciation?

That’s what I thought.

And when’s the last time you wrote a love letter….to

YOURSELF?

Cooked a meal for yourself as if you were the Most

Important Person in the World?

Scheduled a date with yourself, and honored it and had a

blast celebrating…YOU?

Or how about gave yourself an award?

Took yourself on vacation (or even on a mini-‐retreat),

without feeling guilty?

When money comes in, where does it go first?

Bills, huh?

Let me tell you something.

If you don’t pay the debt you owe to yourself first and

foremost, those other bills will keep growing and you will

never get off the hamster wheel of distress, dat stress, it’s

all just spinning around you with no exit door or strategy

or sign.

I know you know what I’m talking about.

You’ve been spinning.

You’ve been giving and doing and running and working

and “managing” and doing and worrying and giving and

doing some more, haven’t you?

Well, this is why we’re having this little conversation.

It feels like you are racing too fast, your train is out of

control and you’re wondering “Where are the brakes on

this thing, anyway?”

You do need brakes. They’re called BREAKS.

You need down time and clown time. (Do nothing! Be

goofy!)

Gown time and crown time. (Dress up! Treat yourself like

royalty!)

You absolutely NEED to put yourself first.

Not every single minute, but every single day, yes,

For at least a half an hour.

Ideally for an hour or more.

And every week, for at least half a day.

And every season, for a few days to retreat and recharge.

So, allow me to recap that for you. Here we go:

From now on, because you love yourself, because you

deserve pleasure, because you are only able to serve and

help others when you can give from a full place, because

the harmster wheel (yes, I did type it that way!) and the

“LOCO”motion don’t work and you know something has

to change NOW, and the change has to come from inside

of you, and the power inside you and all around you and

driving this positive change is the only power that ever is,

was or shall be, the power of LOVE, for all these reasons

and many more, from this moment on:

I begin and end my day with sacred awareness.

A quiet time of regeneration and rebirth.

This could be meditation, reading something

inspirational, journaling, making art, conscious

movement, affirmations, prayer, ceremony, gratitude,

breathwork, energy healing, self-‐touch or bathing with

loving awareness as an act of cleansing, or some other act

and art of self-‐love that fills your spring and makes you

say “Ahhhhhhh.”

This time may be called your Golden Hour for, like the

dawn, it brings new light into your being and reveals the

beauty that was hidden. You can call it Me Time, Be Time.

You can call it Self-‐Love Time or Body and Spirit Time. It

doesn’t mater what you call it as long as you DO it by not

doing.

You are giving thanks for another day of living and

loving.

You are saying hello to your Creator and your wonderful

YOUniverse.

You are listening and opening and flowing and glowing.

You are BEing.

Blessed. Being.

If you feel guided to do so, as long as it does not feel like

“work,” you can also focus your intention for the rest of

your day.

This can be done in an affirmative manner:

“Today I am healthy, wealthy and happy.

Today everything I do goes well and flows well.

Today I am of divine service and I am lucky and blessed.”

Or in a prayerful manner:

“Spirit, today may I be healthy, wealthy and happy.

Let everything I do go well and flow well.

Help me be of divine service, feeling lucky and blessed.”

Or some combination of the two modes, the former being

in a state of knowingness, the latter being in a state of

communion (come! Union!) with your Source, and asking.

You will find that devoting this time, even if it is 15

minutes, to your Self, to your Spirit, to honor you and

Love and God first thing in the morning before you do

anything else, will truly transform your life.

I AM with you.

God is with you.

You are loved.

And you are love.

Today we want to take this time to impart to you, to

impress upon you how important it is for you to

remember WHO YOU ARE.

You will hear us remind you of this over and over again,

here in these pages, and throughout your life.

There will be times when your soul just calls out to you, in

a soulful longing, in a heartful cry, in a passionate YES! –

and if you but listen, you will experience a life of joy

beyond description, beyond imagining.

You can cultivate a closer connection, a stronger

communion, a clearer communication between “you”

(your identity, ego, personality-‐based, socialized human

self) and “You” (your Highest Self, your intuition, your

oneness with Spirit, you deep soul’s wisdom).

As you can see, it’s easy to get bogged down in words just

trying to describe these concepts that are so vast, so

metaphysical. So, for the sake of clarity and brevity, we

will refer to these aspects of your awareness and your

being as you and YOU.

Here are a few ways to clear the static out of the line so

you can hear YOU, therefore you can live in accordance

with the contracts, the soul lessons that YOU signed up for

and you can fulfill YOUR destiny and life mission:

1) Be open. Ask. Listen. Heed and honor the messages.

How, exactly, do you do that? By asking the right

questions. By understanding that the answer can take

any form. Your guidance may come through other people

or their creations (such as through a human teacher or

healer, a book, something a friend says); it may come

through a night dream; it can take a literal or symbolic

form.

You can Hear and See and, with a committed practice,

you can and will develop these abilities (clairaudience

and clairsentience). When you Hear, you get words or

even sounds that confirm or warn you, yes, do this, or no,

do not do this. Perhaps you hear your name called, or

music, that is not physically there, yet it IS really there at

a higher realm.

When you See, Spirit/YOU are lighting your own path

through visual imagery. It will not appear the way your

two human eyes see. Many people are confused about

this. They think if they are not seeing a burning bush or

neon lights in the sky, they are not psychic. The truth is,

this Seeing is more subtle. Most people begin by noticing

sparkles or orbs or lines of light that are in/near/imbued

with physical places, things or people.

You all want to see your spirit guides, your angels,

God~dess. The higher truth is, you are seeing this all the

time, both in physical form and on non-‐physical form. You

just have to learn to trust it!

You can also Feel and Know. Feeling are the times when

you feel a chill in your body, or you feel physically

attracted to or repelled by something for no “known”

reason, or you feel a comforting presence with you. This is

also the “gut” feeling.

Knowing goes beyond Hearing, Seeing and Feeling and is

just a complete knowingness, beyond symbols or

sensations, a clear, confident “This is the right thing for

me to do.” (Or the wrong thing to do.)

So now that you understand that your soul can be

communicating with you in any of these ways, just as

your spirit guides/God can do, your job is to spend some

time every day saying hello to YOU. And listening.

One of the best ways to do this is through intuitive

writing. Invite your Highest Self/Spirit to come fully into

your form, to guide your hands, to be your voice.

Spend time doing this every day. It’s fine to do this at a

computer keyboard (that is how these very words are

being channeled in this moment), or with pen and paper.

Follow the energy. Do what you know is right for YOU in

this moment.

You can have a question in mind, such as the Soul

Questions we are giving you in this book and course.

You can ask more specific, personal questions relating to

earthly concerns and choices you need to make.

Or you can just show up and listen, with no particular

question or aim preconceived. In these cases, you write

something like this:

“I AM here. I AM listening. Please guide me.”

And you turn your pen/hands over to YOUrself, to Source,

to Truth, to Love. To God.

Some of you are wondering why we are using terms that

seem to refer to something greater than you, such as God,

Source, Spirit, rather interchangeably with terms that

refer to a part of you, such as your intuition, Highest or

Highest Self, your soul, YOU.

The Highest Truth is this:

YOU are God.

YOU are Love.

YOU are Source.

YOU are one with the infinite knowingness of the

YOUniverse.

YOU are (re)creating yourself as you go along.

Consciously and unconsciously.

What you call this energy that is within and between,

beyond and above, below and all around you does not

matter.

That you make it the central focal point of your being,

around which the “rest of your life,” your work, your

relationships, all that you do and have, revolves, matters

a great, great deal.

1) So, we know you are thirsty for specific guidance.

We know you need to be nudged over and over.

We know you are operating in a dense fog of

amnesia and what you need is a return, over and

over to AMness, instead.

We know that some of you have heard these

concepts before, yet you were guided very

purposefully (by YOU and by us, you see, we have

the same goal and in this oneness, are one BEing)

to read THESE words at THIS time through THIS

teacher in THIS language in THIS place.

We need you to fully honor the sacredness of these

words, for these are not mere words. They are

worths. They are wisdom. They are wonders.

These words and concepts are vibrationally

realigning you with Truth. With YOU. With God.

And the more you read them, the more you will

absorb them, and the more you absorb them, the

more you will remember who YOU ARE, and the

more you remember who YOU ARE, the more joy

and abundance and love and peace and ecstasy

you will feel and share and be, BE-‐cause you are at

cause, you are the source, you are the force.

And you can choose to awaken right this very

moment.

Just. Be. Cause.

Play with that. Stay with that.

Breathe it in until you feel saturated and ready.

Good.

2) In addition to intuitive writing, in addition to

reading these channeled attunements, the 3rd

important peace of the puzzle you have been

missing is to just BE.

You don’t actually need anything fancy, you don’t need to

go to a sacred vortex, you don’t need to go to a temple,

you don’t need a retreat. You just need a re-‐TREAT.

You just need to stop and BE.

We love you and we love YOU, too.

And together we are this love.
