The net enrolment rate in primary education has been increasing steadily by around 97% over the last ten years.
Goals and Objectives-ICT in Education Coordination with outside. To ensure that the Ministry stays in close coordination with the rest of the government on issues related to ICT, as well as with national and international agencies, NGO's, donors and ICT companies. To develop ICT-based content for core Education subjects. Monitoring and evaluation. To establish and execute procedures to monitor the correct execution of the activities of the Office, and of the achievement of these objectives. To define evaluation procedures and methodology to ensure that ICT training produces the desired results.
Education Policy • The Education Policy and Plans:
• 1-To Universalize 9 years of basic
education and developing opportunities for functional literacy
• 2-To Modernize and improve the quality of education through effective reform
• 3-To Link education/training with labor market and society
• 4-To Rehabilitate and develop Youth and Sport sub-sector

• Computer Labs is one of effective tool to create new carrier for student at lower secondary school.
• Create materials for teaching and learning ICT.
Solution
• Operating computer labs system to lower secondary school is the first step to contribute Education for All by renovate young kids using networking and do homework by study research through computer skills.
• New method in Child Friendly School (CFS) for Computer basic understanding.
• Useful and save teacher’s time both study research and develop teacher session plan
Overview-ICT
In many countries, ICT has become an integral part of education delivery at all levels
Computer Lab materials and equipment monitor by CL Teacher under supporting from School Director
CL curricular and student text book
• Develop 3 programs including Writer, Cals and Impress into20lessons by using OpenOffice.org of Cambodia unique code for Cambodia students.
Role and responsible of CL Teacher
Teaching computer in compliance with the schedule set by the School Director
Using the Computer Lab Teacher Facilitator Guide and the student project exercises, and Camtasia video clips to assist teaching and learning
Repair and enforce rule of Computer labs operation
Computer Lab technical teachers in the school shall check, maintain and repair computers,

Cleaning the solar panels every two weeks
Strategies in ICT Education
Provide access to ICT for learning and communication to teacher training institutions and then to schools across the country. This drive must be accompanied by the development of appropriate strategies, namely:
1) Learning Need Assessment Khmer unicode curriculum; 2) ICT Networking; 3) Learning Resource, Research and Courseware; and 4) Teacher Development and Training.
Challenges • Lack of resources to
operate Computer labs system for the whole schooling throughout the country still requires funding.
Post 2015 challenges
• Compared to other ASEAN country members, Cambodia lack of ICT expert graduates, and gap of standardized English proficiency.
• Younger generation drop out from schools 19% at lower secondary school level with low skills of ICT and technical skills.
• Appear in low level of transferable skills: communication skills, problem solving skills, and social networking skills.

• Schools for the next generation:
1- computer lab
2- Science lab
3- HDTV (High definition TV)
4- Producing VCD/DVD/USB Flash recorded with various stories and cultural heritage documentary between Cambodia and China to strengthen the relationship between people and people, especially among young generations.
5- Tool for learning languages such as electronic pen, tablet, Ipad, and smart phone.
