1. At any of your safety location like C drive, Desktop or D drive, you can right click and create a NEW FOLDER.

2. Now in Run Command: Type charmap and Enter.

3. Look for a blank symbol (do not select symbol, select blank one). You need to scroll down and look.

4. Once you select blank symbol, you need to select copy button.

5. Now locate to the new folder, try to rename the folder by pasting the charmap blank symbol or use Ctrl+V to paste the blank symbol to rename.

6. Now Right Click on that folder and select properties. Now select Customize tab and click on the blank image. View the image below to verify you selected the right one.
