Senthil Kumar has over 25 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction Industry. Senthil has worked throughout Asia ( India, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore), Middle East, Australia, and has a strong track record of successful business and project delivery.

Prior starting Unison, Senthil was Chief Executive Officer of UGL responsible for the continuous growth of the Division and instrumental in the growth and development of the organization in India.

Before joining UGL, Senthil was Chief Executive Officer - Oil & Gas and Marine Division of Leighton Welspun Contractors in India.

Senthil was the Project Director for Pipeline Replacement Project-II (2008-2010) for which Leighton won the Outstanding Health & Safety Award of Global Oil & Gas summit 2011 and also won the outstanding contribution in Oil & Gas sector Award of EPC World in 2011.

His Earlier career was spent with Clough Engineering, Clough offshore, Punj Lloyd, JRM and CUEL. Senthil is a Civil Engineer who also holds Masters in Business Administration from M. K. University.

He is married with two children.
