Create an Integration with CCB Step 1: Log in to CCB and click the gear icon in the upper right and select “API” from the dropdown. Step 2: Fill out the API User Information Form. (For the name field, enter both your first and last name). Make sure to remember the user name and password you create, as you will need this later in the Subsplash Giving Dashboard. Once on the API screen, click the “Add a New API User” button.

Step 1: Log in to CCB and click the gear icon in the upper right and select “API” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Fill out the API User Information Form. (For the name field, enter both your first and last name). Make sure to remember the user name and password you create, as you will need this later in the Subsplash Giving Dashboard.
Once on the API screen, click the “Add a New API User” button.
Step 3: Click on the “Services” tab next to the “User” tab.
From the options provided, select the following:
campus_listcreate_individualimport_online_giftsindividual_profilesindividual_profile_from_idindividual_searchonline_giving_insert_gifttransaction_detail_type_detailtransaction_detail_type_listvalid_individuals
Then click save.
Step 4: After you click save, you will be on the summary screen. Copy your API URL. You will need this in the Subsplash Giving Dashboard.
Step 5: Log into the Subsplash Giving Dashboard and select "ChMS" under "Settings" in the left hand menu, and select CCB from the options provided.
Step 6: Next, fill in your API URL, username, and password that you configured in the CCB Dashboard. Click save.
