Step One

• Make sure you are logged in to SurveyMonkey

and then click Create Survey (on the home tab)

Step Two

• Type in the Title of your survey and select a

Category from the dropdown list before clicking

** Using Expert Templates

With SurveyMonkey you can choose to create your survey

using an Expert Template. The Basic or Free account

allows users to use only a selection of all of the available

templates. The templates can help users more rapidly

build their survey. More information can be found at the

You Are Done!

• At this point your survey has been created. You can adjust the

title, paging, and theme using the controls on the page. All that is left

is to add your questions!
