Store Front
Environment• The store is multi colored with nice patterns carefully laid out.
The floor has tiles and it made the environment look clean.• The ceiling is high and it felt spacious airy.• The store is very bright seem to have a lot of energy and warmth.• I wanted to just stay around there because the energy felt great.• The environment wasn’t loud, just quiet enough for good
company, you can have a conversation with outside noise interference
• The temperature was just right and the products did not crowd the store.
• No distinctive smell• The environment does influence the perceived value of the

Personnel
• The sales person initiates contact right away. The sales person seem authentic and treated everyone the same.
• The sales person was the only one there at the time but it wasn’t busy.
• The sales person matches the store image and doesn’t wear a uniform
Products
• I noticed all the fillings for the frozen yogurt on the wall. They were displayed in glass containers and within eye level. Dispensers where on one wall and fillings were on another wall. The products were arranged by function. You get your yogurt then move to the other section for the filling were you have several choices . No free samples only more pictures to wet your appetite. See picture below:

• All the products are at eye level• This store pretty much had everything at the same
place. No products at the cash register.• The average age of the customer is 25. The owner
says her motivation was young kids but adults love the same product. So we have both younger kids and older adults.
• Average stay in the store is 30 mins because there is provision to buy and sit down. Customers actually buy not browse so most customers entering the store are buying the products.
More observations
• This frozen yogurt store has done everything right to entice the buyer. From the street they have a tall balloon to attract customers. As you approach the courtyard there are signs telling you there is a frozen yogurt store in the court yard. Being that it is a small court yard,the pink signs on the glass wall draws your attention and you can wall straight to the door with no difficulties. It’s well lighted ad you feel safe. I went to other stores but this one did everything right to attract customers.
Observations at other stores and comments starting with a consignment store
• Nice items ,great customer service but products are everywhere. I would say over crowded and this makes it difficult for traffic flow.it is also not easy to find what you need at a glance.one can easily miss a great item just because it is hard to find or lost in the pile. Unlike the yogurt shop you can get to everything fairly easy and, because everything is laid out properly. Road sigs were hard to find .One has to drive into the courtyard to discover this store. The store front had all the signs and products outside to draw you into the store. Picture of store below:-

Next we have General store
• This store has no signs on the road leading to the courtyard where it is located. Once you are in the courtyard ,lots of front door signs and outside the wall.it is a large store with only one employee. Well lighted spacious and well organized .Friendly staff, within eye level but store is long so you cannot see the whole store at a glance. Hopefully theft is not an issue. It has alcohol beverages and a deli. This store I believe is under staffed. Picture below
