BREAKFAST: Hot and cold buffet, with toast, eggs, cold cuts, fruit, pastries and even freshly squeezed juice.LUNCH: Meals with 3 first courses and 3 second courses to choose from, a salad buffet and a variety of breads. As well as a selection of homemade desserts and a free fruit buffet. You may go back for more as many times as you please. CENA: 2 first courses and 2 second courses to choose from. Alongside another selection of homemade desserts, breads and a free salad buffet. Again, you may indulge as much as you like.

We prepare special menus for people with allergies or food intolerances and we also have menus adapted for vegetarians, vegans... We have a commitment to healthy living habits and, in

addition to healthy options at every meal, we have the free fruit buffet which is also available for you throughout the day, for that hunger that gets to us between meal hours or when we’re studying. Simply enter the dining room and take the fruit that appeals to you most.

If at you are out at a meal time, or you are going to arrive a little later, don’t worry, you can talk to us at reception and we will keep the menu you choose for when you come back, or we prepare a very varied picnic that changes every day so you can take it to class, whatever you prefer!

2.Once we have received your request, we will contact you. If you want to speed up the process, you can call us at +34 911 441 654.

- DNI scanned (if you are a minor when you arrive, also ID of your father / mother / guardian).- Your most recent set of grades.- Letter of acceptance at the University before entering the residence.- A picture of yourself.

It will be an essential condition for the accommodation of the resident to deliver both documents - contract and direct debit - completed and signed, upon arrival at the residence.

At the beginning of summer you will have to pay the guarantee fee (by direct debit if you want to make monthly payments or by transfer if you would like to make a single annual payment), the amount of which is the same as a monthly payment. The guarantee fee will be transformed into the payment of the last month’s stay in the residence.

During the month of July (and only if you pay monthly), along with the accommodation contract we will send you a direct debit document for you to fill in with your bank details where you want the receipts to be sent. Both guarantee deposit (August) and monthly payments (from September) will be charged by direct debit.

3.Once the process has been completed, we will send you an email with the type of room assigned and the instructions so that you can pay for the reservation of the room (€ 250), which is equivalent to the first part of your deposit. You will have 5 days to do this from when we get in touch with you. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card, which is fully refundable until May 31 ...Final rooms will be allocated in order of receipt of payment.

4.Between the 1st and the 30th of June, we will ask you to pay the second part of the deposit (€ 550), which together with the € 250 that you have already paid, constitute the total amount of the deposit (€ 800). If you book a place after June 1, the deposit will be paid in one single payment (€ 800).

We will refund the money in full if there is a cancellation.

We will refund the money in full if you aren’t accepted by any university in the Madrid community.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - € 800: It will be paid in two parts: € 250 for reservation of your room and € 550 in a second payment to secure the room (from June 1, there will be a single payment of € 800). The deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, within 60 days, if deductions do not have to be taken from it.

GUARANTEE FEE: It is equal to the price of a monthly payment. It will be paid in summer and it is a guarantee compliance of the contract.MONTHLY PAYMENT: It is the cost of your stay for a month, adding VAT. The price of the monthly payment depends on your type of room.

A discount of 5% will be applied for annual payments (to be deducted before entering the residence).

The minimum accommodation contract is 9 months. The period will begin on the day of September that you arrive at the residence and end the same day of the month during June of the following year.

The minimum contract to stay with us during the course is nine months. However, there are exceptions where we may have availability of a room for smaller stays. If you are interested in a shorter stay, please get in touch with us by email: [email protected]

Our residences are so beautiful, it would be a shame not to take advantage of them for the rest of the year. That is why, apart from the stays during the academic year, we offer accommodation services for groups and also in summer for students and their families, teachers and others who belong to the teaching / student field.
