KING CAKE SYRUP (avail. January 6 till Mardi Gras)
FASSIONOLA (avail. mid Spring to early Summer)
1 1/2 OZ Bourbon3/4 OZ Cocktail & Sons King Cake Syrup3/4 OZ Dry Vermouth (Dolin or Noilly Pratt)3 DASHES Citrus bitters
Add all ingredients over ice into Rocks glass.Stir for 15-20 seconds and top with more ice.Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
NIGHT TRIPPER
1 1/2 OZ Bourbon1/2 OZ Cocktail & Sons King Cake Syrup 1/2 OZ St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur3/4 oz lemon juice3 OZ unfiltered apple juice
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker minus apple juiceand shake hard and fast for 10-15 seconds.Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass and top with apple juice.Quick stir and garnish with expressed lemon peel.
THE GIVING TREE
1 1/2 OZ Vodka, Rum or Bourbon3/4 OZ Cocktail & Sons King Cake Syrup3/4 OZ lemon juice
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Top withice and shake hard and fast for 10-15 seconds.Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass andgarnish with a lemon wheel

1 Bottle Wheat or Saison Beer3/4 OZ Cocktail & Sons Fassionolasqueeze lemon wedge
Add Fassinola and lemon juice to Pint glass.Top with beer and stir. Garnish with lemon wheel.

INGREDIENTS• Toasted Cassia Bark for a supple sweetness with hints of floral and vanilla• Pecan Extract for a nutty fruit-forward finish• Lemon Oleo for bright citrus aromatics coupled with sweet floral notes

USA. Toasted cassia bark (cinnamon), pecan extract, and alemon oleo saccharum work together for a magical

INGREDIENTS• Louisiana strawberries sourced from Ponchatoula, LA• Fresh pineapple, mango and passionfruit for exotic suppleness• Lime Oleo Saccharum for a vibrant brightness of floral citrus notes• Dried Hibiscus flowers for deep reddish color and earthy tannins
Fassionola is a lost Tiki syrup originally produced in the 1950sas a home bar option for the original Hurricane cocktail.

2 OZ Rum (aged or agricole)1 OZ Don’s Mix* 3/4 OZ lime juice*Don’s Mix = 1/2 oz grapefruit juice +1 oz Cocktail & Sons King Cake Syrup
Add all ingredients to cocktail shakerand shake hard and fast for 10 seconds.Strain over fresh ice into a tiki mug or rocks glass.Garnish with a lime wheel.

2 OZ Rum (Silver or Aged)1/2 OZ Cocktail & Sons Fassionola1/2 OZ Gran Classico 1/2 OZ bianco vermouth
Add all ingredients to mixing glass,top with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.Garnish with expressed orange peel.
