    Self-Assessment Survey using the

    PhilHealth Regulatory Standards

    The hospitals benchbook team with the top

    management conducts a self-assessment

    survey of each hospital section.

    A report was made and proper action was

    carried out to address the deficiencies noted

    during the survey.
