CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT is Thailand’s largest retail-focused realestate investment trust listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. CPNREITwas established from the conversion of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold PropertyFund which was set up and publicly traded on the SET since 2005. Uponconversion on 1 December 2017, CPNREIT acquired all CPNRF’s qualityportfolio, and invested in a new mix-used project consisting of CentralFestivalPattaya Beach shopping center and Hilton Pattaya.
