Pumpkin Spice LatteIngredients:1 cup milk1 tsp pumpkin pie spice½ tsp vanilla extract¼ cup brewed espresso1 tbs white sugar1 tbs pumpkin puree

Directions:1. Whisk 1/2 cup milk, sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Whisk in remaining 1/2 cup milk.2. Pour milk mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. Return milk mixture to saucepan and simmer, whisking, 2 minutes. Add espresso and whisk until foamy, 1 minute.

Ginger Bread LatteIngredients: 2 fluid ounces espresso coffee1 pinch ground nutmeg1 pinch ground cinnamon½ tsp vanilla powder2 tbs gingerbread flavored syrup½ cup milk, steamed1/8 cup whipped cream

Directions:In a coffee mug, combine espresso coffee with flavored syrup. Pour in steamed milk. Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla powder.

White Chocolate LatteIngredients: 1 ½ cups milk1 tbs white sugar½ cup brewed espresso¼ white chocolate chips, chopped1 tbs heavy cream1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan, and whisk over high heat until hot and frothy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar. Whisk together hot espresso and white chocolate chips in a mug until smooth. If you are making two, pour half into another mug. Top with the frothy hot milk and stir to blend in the flavoring.

Chai Tea LatteIngredients:1 chai tea bag7 fluid ounces boiling water1 fluid ounce goats milk1 tbs white sugar1 pinch ground cardamom

Directions:Place the tea bag in a large mug and pour in the boiling water. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the goats milk and sugar. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom.

Vanilla Ginger LatteIngredients:1 ¼ cups 2% milk2 tbs vanilla flavored syrup1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger brewed espresso

Directions:Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the vanilla syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top.
