Graduation services will be held in the Helen Funk Assembly Hall. The pinning ceremony for the graduating nurses was held in Helen Funk Assembly Hall on Thursday evening, August 13, at 7:30 p.m. Miles Roy Coon delivered the address and Dr. R. L. Pettis, Jr. gave advice to the twelve gradu- ates. At this ceremony the follow- ing persons received School-of- Nursing pins, to signify that they are graduate nurses: Margaret Dixon, Maureen Drake, Esther Edmonson, Shirley. Professor Zeigler has been on the faculty for twenty-one years, was a student before that, and is one of the most beloved and trusted members of the Madison family. He will retain his position as head of the Department of Biology. In his new position Professor Zeigler is placed in leadership in all non-scholastic matters relating to student life on the campus. Palk Exercises College Will Graduate Seventy-Six From Eight Major Courses

Seventy-six degrees, diplomas and certificates will be presented to those individuals completing eight different courses of study, Saturday evening, August 15, at the annual commencement serv-ice of Madison College. Graduation services will be held in the Helen Funk Assembly Hall.

The pinning ceremony for the graduating nurses was held in Helen Funk Assembly Hall on Thursday evening, August 13, at 7:30 p.m.

Miles Roy Coon delivered the address and Dr. R. L. Pettis, Jr. gave advice to the twelve gradu-ates.

At this ceremony the follow-ing persons received School-of-Nursing pins, to signify that they are graduate nurses: Margaret Dixon, Maureen Drake, Esther Edmonson, Shirley. Dr. Sandborn, president of Madi-son College, announces the ap-pointment of Professor of Biology James E. Zeigler as Dean of Stu-dent Affairs.

Professor Zeigler has been on the faculty for twenty-one years, was a student before that, and is one of the most beloved and trusted members of the Madison family. He will retain his position as head of the Department of Biology.
