Who in my organization will receive emails pertaining to VAOS access and allocations?Only approved COVID-19 Vaccine Providers will receive access to VAOS. Once you’ve been approved through the enrollment process, the primary and backup vaccine coordinator for your organization will receive emails regarding VAOS.Your organization provided information for these coordinators when completing COVID-19 Vaccine Provider enrollment.

I am a primary or backup Vaccine Coordinator for my organization and my organization is an approved COVID-19 vaccine provider. How do I access VAOS?You received an email from: [email protected].
The email is titled: *****Confidential***** Initial Access to the HHS Enterprise Portal and has your username and temporary password.
• If at first you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Vaccine Allocation and Ordering System (VAOS)

Overview
As a COVID-19 Vaccine Provider, you will use the Vaccine Allocation & Ordering System (VAOS)and Vaccine Management Dashboard to perform tasks related to COVID-19 vaccine management.
In VAOS, you will be able to acknowledge vaccine allocations, confirm received shipments, view
distribution information, and report waste.
The Vaccine Management Dashboard is accessed through VAOS and allows you to monitor your
vaccine allocations, distribution supply, and administration metrics.

Understanding your Provider Actions in VAOS
As a Provider, you have four primary functions in VAOS:
ACCESSING DASHBOARDSUseful for seeing your
allocations, distribution supply, and administration metrics
ACKNOWLEDGING ALLOCATIONS
Required for your allocated vaccine doses to be submitted into the CDC ordering system
REPORTING WASTE
Required to track how many doses are unused/wasted
CONFIRMING SHIPMENTSRequired once you receive your
vaccine doses

from- [email protected] Emails from VAOS about allocations and shipments will
come from this address
Regardless of the number of Providers or facility locations you are associated with, you will have one set of login credentials.

Questions about VAOS
Can I add more users to my VAOS account?Only two vaccine coordinators per provider are able to access VAOS. Your organization listed these vaccine coordinators during the enrollment process.
What if I have multiple facilities? As long as you are the primary or backup vaccine coordinator across all your facilities, they will all appear in your VAOS account.
