COVID-19 Mitigation Plan Revised March 18, 2020 Page 1 of 3 The virus SARS-CoV-2 and the disease it causes, Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), are having a definite impact in our local communities. SpawGlass cares about the health and safety of our team members and our business partners, including clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers. To address the impact COVID-19 may have on our jobsites, especially those in active facilities where we are working near patients, healthcare workers and the general public, management at SpawGlass jobsites will implement the following actions. This plan applies to everyone on SpawGlass jobsites, including SpawGlass team members, clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers. Health & Safety – Prevention If you suspect a worker to have COVID-19 symptoms, immediately notify your project management team. Project team should immediately notify Risk Management. Promote frequent and thorough handwashing using soap and water. Provide workers and jobsite visitors with a place to wash their hands. Post handwashing signs in restrooms. Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers containing at least 60% alcohol in case soap and water are not available. Instruct workers to stay home if they are sick. Encourage respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs or sneezes with a tissue. Provide tissues and trash receptacles. Discourage workers from using other workers’ phones, computers, desks, offices, personal protective equipment (PPE) or other tools and equipment. Maintain regular housekeeping practices, including routine cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, equipment and other elements of the work environment. Limit physical contact, including handshaking, especially with people who are sick. Minimize close, personal contact by replacing face-to-face meetings with virtual communications and implementing telework if feasible. Any necessary gatherings (e.g. weekly safety meetings, daily huddles, job safety analyses (JSA)) should be held outside with at least a 6-foot space between individuals. JSAs should include three questions to ask each worker prior to start of work each morning: 1. Are you or anyone in your household suffering from flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever of 100.0°F or greater, fatigue, aches, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, chills)? If yes, see Identification of Individuals Exhibiting COVID-19 Symptoms outlined below. 2. In the past 14 days, have you been exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID19 or is in the process of being tested for COVID-19? If yes, worker should leave the jobsite immediately, and the SpawGlass project manager or superintendent should notify the appropriate division president and risk management immediately for further direction. 3. In the past 14 days, have you traveled outside of the United States or traveled on a cruise ship? If yes, see Travel Regulations outlined below.

Travel Regulations Workers who travel outside of the United States are required to inform their supervisor prior to

returning to work. Workers who travel outside of the United States to a Level 2 or 3 country (as identified by the

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)) must stay home for 14 days from the time they left an area with widespread, ongoing community spread; monitor their health; and practice social distancing. Per the CDC, social distancing means staying out of crowded places, avoiding group gatherings and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet) from others when possible. Check the CDC website for an updated list of countries with Level 2 or 3 status. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/after-travel-precautions.html

Identification of Individuals Exhibiting COVID-19 Symptoms To protect workers and others at our jobsites, SpawGlass will be diligent in promptly identifying individuals potentially infected with COVID-19.

COVID-19 prevention measures and symptoms will be discussed with workers, and posters provided by American Contractors Insurance Group (ACIG) will be posted at all jobsites.

Workers will be encouraged to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, especially if they suspect possible exposure.

Workers will report when they are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Individuals who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave the jobsite immediately and

instructed to seek medical attention. Project team must complete an incident report and submit to risk management immediately. Before the worker departs, ask them to identify all individuals who worked in close proximity (3 to

6 feet) to them in the previous 14 days to ensure you have a full list of those who should be notified.

Notify all workers who worked closely with that worker to ensure they are monitoring themselves for any symptoms.

In the event a team member discovers a worker on a SpawGlass project has been confirmed to have COVID-19, the following steps will be taken:

All personnel on the jobsite, the client and SpawGlass’ internal risk management department will be notified.

Project team must complete an incident report and submit to risk management immediately. The infected individual will be sent home immediately and not be allowed to return to work

without a note from a medical professional stating they are COVID-19 negative. Before the worker departs, ask them to identify all individuals who worked in close proximity (3 to

6 feet) to them in the previous 14 days to ensure you have a full list of those who should be sent home.

Send home all workers who worked closely with that worker for a 14-day period of time to ensure the infection does not spread.

When sending the workers home, do not identify by name the infected workers or you could risk a violation of confidentiality laws.

Procurement Suppliers relying heavily on Asian sources of supply are at high risk of disruption. Foreign-sourced materials will be tracked on the project’s tracking log. At-risk procurement items with components from overseas should be identified immediately. This

includes: − Structural Steel − Elevators (ThyssenKrupp has already sent delay letters.) − HVAC/Controls − Lighting − Fire Alarm Devices − Telecom Cabling

Any notices received from subcontractors or suppliers will be distributed to the appropriate SpawGlass division president and/or operations manager, saved on SpawGlass’ internal S Drive and discussed with the client.

Early Procurement − Once product submittal is approved, shipping of materials will be expedited. − Project team shall plan ahead and make plans for proper storage of items received early.

Project team will secure alternate manufacturers and look for alternate domestic products as needed.

All owner-provided equipment and delivery dates will be identified and discussed with the client.
