RELATING TO THE SUSPENSION OF SECTIONS OF ALASKA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND SECTIONS OF ALASKA STATUTES
I, Mike Dunleavy, Governor of the State of Alaska, do hereby authorize this amendment to Disaster Order of Suspension No. 2 ("Order"). Pursuant to the Order, the language of each provision set forth below is hereby suspended until 11:59 p.m. on May 11, 2020, unless otherwise noted. This amendment takes immediate effect upon signature.
