• Covered with Icing is a cake company in Hendersonville, TN.

• Run and owned by Heather Noble• Started in 2008

Social Media Presence • CWI before this project had a twitter,

Facebook, Pinterest account and a Website with blog

• Numbers on each social media site were low compared to some competitors.

• Facebook- Start: 1,459 likes Now: 1,455 likes

• twitter- Start: 254 followers Now: 255 followers

Recommendations • Since Covered with Icing is owned and

run by one person it is hard to post on all the social media sites.

• There is now a social media person who posts and will follow the calendar give with proposal.

• New blog posts, update twitter and Facebook, make the Instagram account, take the Pinterest account and make it about the company, not the owner.
