When I think of Gainesville my first thought is? Home. Gainesville is home. When I’m away for several days and see the Gainesville sign off I-75, I take a deep breath and calming sigh of relief -- home. There’s no place like G’ville.
What is your favorite spot in Gainesville? Gainesville Health and Fitness Center, hands down. I’m an exercise nut. In my office I walk on a treadmill desk 6 hours straight, five days a week, every week.
Who is your hero? Why? My hero is my father. He managed
to balance work and home. The sacrifices he and my mother made for us can never be repaid. I only hope to
be an equal parent to my child.
If you were to perform in the circus, what would you do?
Absolutely nothing involving heights. I wouldn’t mind being the gun captain
for the human cannon – just not the projectile.

How do you benefit the Gainesville community? Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish has a 100 year family history in Gainesville and plans to do 100 more by making Gainesville the best it can be.
Funny Fact: I have an obsession with turkey hunting. When I drive anywhere in rural areas, I actually look for turkeys instead of watching the road. I can also talk like a male turkey and do their mating dance.
