The home owner will also be the landowner; and all this at a very reasonable and attractive price. This will add to the convenience of Bungalow Owners by creating an excellent fine dining service within the premises.
Moon Valley as a ResortOur plans do not stop just at the clubhouse. A grand place like Moon Valley has immense potential of becoming a premium resort. Therefore, you as a Bungalow Owner, have an option of leasing your bungalow during the times you are not in Moon Valley. It will be rented out to interested vacationers during your absence. Our capable team will market this activity and let tourists know of Moon Valley as a favourable destination. To ensure the security of your property & to help you gain the best return on your investment, computerized record of booking will be maintained for each bungalow leased to us. In addition, certain % of this earning will be given back to you as ROI (Return On Investment). You may also avail the benefit of stay on the property by getting 15-day stay in your bungalow per year. To ensure that your property is ready for your arrival & comfortable stay; we request a minimum 15 days advance notice to us. We will make certain that no booking will be done for your bungalow during your stay. For rest of the year, whatever days we get booking for your bungalow, you will get your returns as mentioned above.
