I am currently working with AFCONS INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED as a Manager (QS).

Please see below a brief outline of my career to date. I have more than 10 years experience as a

Quantity Surveyor mainly working on Infrastructure projects within the Construction industry. As

Quantity Surveyor my duties involve, Client billing, Subcontractor billing, rate analysis,

procurement of subcontractors, preparation of bill of quantities, interpretation of drawings,

preparation of bar bending schedule, preparation of drawings for form works and preparation of

Bill of Materials and placing orders for the same, Reconciliation Of Quantities paid to

subcontractor with the quantities certified by client, identification of varied items & subsequent

raising of claim for the same, preparation of turnover statements & analysis of P&l statements.

I have gained vast experience as how to manage and control costs within construction

projects while working as a quantity surveyor and also working closely with the Site management,

and the planning Team.I have also gained experience in the demobilization of site.

I have attended a certificate training programme on cost control & budgeting from

NICMAR for three days.

I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD & I have good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, SAP (Ps&SD module)
