I am currently set to graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University in the summer of 2015 from the RHM program with a focus on Spa Management. I am taking classes that incorporate marketing, spa operations and management, communication and computer technology. At the moment, I am employed at The Naples Bay Resort where I assist in creating lasting, positive experiences and guest anticipation to return to our facility. Since I began employment I have felt myself grow and develop a deeper connection to the industry. My multitasking abilities and patient nature have grown as well as my commendable customer service skills. Prior to Naples Bay I was employed at Ada’s Naturals Foods Market, I feel this is where I developed my communication skills. I built friendly relationships with a lot of the frequent shoppers there.
