The Courtyard Restaurant & Bar

We use as much locally sourced produce as possible, especially when in season, such as

lamb and venison from nearby Glen Lyon and Game from local Perthshire estates.

All beef, Angus/Limousin cross breeds from Perthshire & Angus regional farms. Duck &

Poultry reared in Perthshire. The majority of our fish comes direct from the fish market.

Pork a wee bit further afield from Ayrshire
